"The hotel was convenient for the park although tge bus was very busy as services other hotels. The facilities at the hotel were very good and tge staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and well equipped with kettle milk etc and a mini fridge. "

"We had a ants nest in the lodge, no irons we had someone out didn’t do anything then we complained again to which they offered us another lodge as my son has autism and would not sleep in the lodge with ants everywhere "

"Lovely hotel. Well kept. Nice little (warm) swimming pool. Slight issue with air con in room (wouldn’t go cold - but we didn’t ask to be fixed). Great shuttle to Disney (free!) and to train station (same place as Disney) l. Breakfast is amazing, dinner/food very nice but quite expensive (about 18 quid for a pizza). Make sure you sign up for Raddison Rewards before you go - gets you 10% off food and drink. "
