Vista Cay will entice you with its Tuscan-themed condominiums and beautiful grounds conveniently located less than a mile from International Drive and the Orlando Convention Center and just 12 minutes to the edge of Disney. Universal Studios is just 4.7 miles away and the new Universal Park Epic Universe opening May 2025 is literally across the street. SeaWorld Orlando is 2 miles, and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort is across the street. Walk to the large Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Built in 2008 this unit has a huge 2100 heat square feet. Free resort amenities with free parking.

Vista Cay Orlando is a gated community with onsite security, There are 2 heated resort pools, 2 large hot tubs, a tiki pool bar, a kiddie pool, a games room, a clubhouse with a concierge, a fitness/gym room, a lakeside walking trail, playground, basketball courts, resort gift shop.

Nice property; great management

Place is nice, clean and close to universal, which was the point of our stay. Management company was great: communication prior to check in and made sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend any property under their managment

Perfect location for a convention center tournament

We were looking for a place to stay for a volleyball tournament close to the convention center and that could house two other Mom's and Daughters. It ended up being a great location and close to all of the other attractions the girls wanted to enjoy.

Great Location to Parks

We absolutely loved staying at Vista Cay! The space was very roomy and clean. We had everything we needed. Location is very close to Universal and Disney. We will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!!!!

Favorite stay

We stay every year at Vista Cay for volleyball nationals. This condo has been my favorite out of the 6 years we’ve stay at this location. The only downside is the couch was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was clean, perfect location, and lots of space.

This condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. My family felt comfortable and it was great to come back from the parks to relax in the pool. The grounds were impeccable. Location is close to everything. Property Management made everything very easy. Gary was wonderful! We will be back again for sure!

Great vacation home!

This condo was a fantastic place to stay for the week. There were 3 adults and one older teenager in our group. The home is spacious and well furnished with everything we needed. Communication with property management was excellent! The detailed email I received prior to arrival answered every question we could have thought of asking. I would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip

Two moms and two teenage girls for a dance competition week. This place was perfect! So clean and comfortable. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do in addition to the convention center. Easy to access and had everything we needed to cook meals. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying at Vista Cay! It exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The unit was so spacious, nice and had everything we needed. Gary was incredibly thoughtful, responsive and so helpful in every way! It was even closer to the convention center than we thought and was absolutely perfect for our family :)

Great Condo

This place was perfect for our stay in Orlando. You can walk to the grocery store, Walgreens and restaurants like Subway and Dunkin Donuts. We stayed here while we visited the Disney Parks and Icon Park and this location was great. Close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the walking path and saw many Florida birds. My teenage girls loved the spacious condo, pool, hot tub and dj at the pool! Very safe gated community. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect accommodations

We were in town for The Dance Awards. The location and proximity to Convention center, grocery store, restaurants and other attractions was perfect. The condo is very spacious, clean, fully stocked with everything one would need to cook, nicely decorated and very comfy. Gary L was a perfect host, very attentive and make sure to try out his recommendation for Mexican. It was the best and most affordable meal of the week!
