Welcome to our villa on the Pinewood Country Estate which is centrally located in Orlando, Florida. Our villa has a private pool and spa. The villa consists of 6 large bedrooms, 3 full bathroom suites and a downstairs cloakroom. The ground floor has been tiled for a more comfortable atmosphere. As you would expect of luxury equipped homes everything is taken care of. Your stay with us will be a relaxing experience and if you wish to use them, we are within 10 - 15 minutes of the Disney attractions and 15 - 20 minutes away from attractions such as Universal Studios and Seaworld. You can relax with quick journeys to and from your chosen destination.

Please note Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, and guests can only smoke outside the villa.

Fantastic location

Villa was in a fantastic location, very close proximity to all major attractions We were very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I believe the photos in the listing don't do it justice at all, it exceeded our expectations Lovely neighbourhood and surrounding area is quiet, Great for families! Couple of things could do with updating but overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely bear it in mind for future visits 😊

Wonderful vacation house

Such an amazing place to stay while on our vacation, absolute beautiful house in a great location, close to everything you need, had hot tub heat and jets hooked up halfway through our stay and it got done immediately, would definitely return here for our next Florida vacation

Spacious place to stay

Overall we had a great stay. Very spacious home and the property provided more than expected. Had a couple minor hiccups and they responded promptly and were great people to rent from. Very close to attractions with a quiet neighborhood vibe.

The host was really nice and prompt with messages, BUT... It was very dated and needed a DEEP clean. No checklist posted for the exit process. Bath towels needed to be replaced: old and dingy. Couch was filthy...needed a deep clean. It could be a very nice house if maintained properly.

Excellent location and proximity to everything. This home comfortably housed my 10 family members with ease, and room to spare. It was adequately stocked with everything we could need and the owners were easily accessible for any questions.

Overall decent house bed in master isnt a queen tho and same as the 2 full size upstairs and cant take the air conditioner any lower than 75 and thats just to hot to be really comfortable owner is very responsive and the management company was great to work with. Could use some updating on the beds they was a bit hard

Amazing place

The home was a wonderful place to spend the holidays. The pool and hot tub were nice. Close to the amusement parks. Only thing to watch for is the tree at the end of the driveway. We almost backed into it.

The property was located close to Disney and very convenient for the parks, there was an awful lot of police traffic in the area but we had no issues. The property could do with a little updating especially the mattered most of the guest found them uncomfortable. The owner excellent at responding and ensuring any quieter where managed. The management team were on hand and cleaned the pool several times while we were there. Overall this was a clean tidy property. There where just a few things I feel could have been “better” however this was very cost effective, the space was fantastic where 10 adults did not feel like we where on top of each other. Thank you.

Definite return trip planned

This was our first time staying at this property. It by far exceeded expectations with the amount of space and layout. Mike was responsive and kind (even when I admitted I was an idiot and locked the front door wrong). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking our next stay here!

The house is very beautiful, Philip is very nice person, We misunderstood something in the house and he notified us immediately so we can fix it. We are very grateful and highly recommend renting here, as it is a very beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped house.

Great Get Away

This was a great place to stay for our week long family vacation. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. The communication all around was prompt and great. We had a hiccup with the heating of the pool but Mike was prompt and got it fixed so we could enjoy the pool on our off days and when we needed to unwind from a full day at the parks. It was a relax full vacation and much needed.

Property definitely needs updated but was clean, nice, and roomy for the price. Several pack and plays, strollers, a fan for every room, towels, etc. There was one major issue that was resolved in a timely manner.

Great location and beautiful house

Overall it was a great house, enough rooms for everyone, big and has a lot of potential. Its time to replace some of the furniture in the house, some chairs had become loose and rather uncomfortable to sit in. we were afraid they would fall apart. But overall great time and beautiful house.

Overall nice and clean with a good open layout. Would have liked the AC a little lower and apps for kids in the TV. The water did leak from bathroom above laundry room. But those were the only complaint.
