HAKUNA MATATA! What a wonderful phrase! Your family will enjoy being so close to to so much fun, when you stay at this centrally-located place in Margaritaville. This Villa is 15 mins from Disney World. More than 30 restaurants, retail, live music, H20 water park and other entertainment, all within walking distance from the villa, on our Sunset Walk Promenade.
Margaritaville is amazing!!!!. With the newest additions of Dueling pianos at The Wharf and an Escape room and Ax throwing everyone is sure to find something they will enjoy.

Guest access
Short Term Rentals are not eligible for access to the resort pool at this time. H2O Waterpark is onsite for an additional fee with a ton of waterslides and a lazy river

Guests are provided 1 laundry soap, dish soap. 2 dishwasher pod. 1 roll paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as well as black wash clothes to use for make up removal in each bathroom. Anything needed beyond provided items can be purchased at close places such as provisions in the hotel, Target up by sunset walk or Walmart a short drive down 192.

Rented the place to have my kids spend some time with their grandparents and go to the parks. The place was great. It was clean and a great price. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds with their own tv. Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again.

My family and I had stayed at Disney over a decade ago. We were looking to stay outside but close to Disney this time around. This property was perfect for us. Nicole responded to my questions quickly, check-in was a breeze, and the property was very clean with all amenities we needed and at a great value! We were about 15-20 mins from theme parks so it was very convenient. Thank you Nicole for a great property and stay!!

Our stay here was great. Love the amount of space it had and the convenience of a large washer and dryer. Neighbours were a bit noisy blasting music until 2am on NYE but other than that everything was great.

The owner and her daughter are amazing! Pet friendly, and the owner offered us a dog sitter/walker who lives close. I can't tell you how much stress it took off of our vacation having her daughter check on our dog. Very professional, and our dog Baxter loved her!

We loved our stay at this villa! The host nikki was amazing and very accommodating! The villa is located near so many things! So close to all the parks and very convenient! The villa was so clean! This is definitely going to be our go to whenever we come to visit Disney Again, we are annual passholders and we are there at least once a month and we plan on staying here every single time!

My small family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was super cute and clean and 10-20 minutes to the Disney parks depending on which one you were going to. The location was QUIET - we were never disturbed by loud noises or street traffic. Nicole was THE BEST, she was communicative and even facilitated a last-minute request to help make our stay comfortable.

This property is very convenient to shopping, good restaurants and Disney. The Villa has everything you need for a nice weekend. However the air conditioning is blocked from adjusting and it was a little warm at night sleeping. The ceiling fans were great. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Overall our stay was nice .

If you are looking for a place with easy access to Disney property, this place is for you. Besides being able to be on Disney property quickly, you have quick access to everything on 192 (Target, Walmart, Publix & restaurants). This property is extemely clean and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and does everything she can to remedy any issue that may arise during your stay. I highly recommend this property!!!

We stayed in this unit for 13 days. Check in procedure was simple, great communication with host and the unit is extremely clean. Cleanliness is a top priority for us and this unit received top ratings from us. u love the Margaritaville decor and the restful atmosphere. Beds are very comfortable. We would stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay for my family of six for our Disney vacation. Check in was easy, location was easy to find and ~15 mins from Disney parks. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. There was a little bit of pet hair noticeable which is the only thing that could be improved upon.

This place was perfect for our stay. Nicoles communication was just perfect. House is well maintained and provides all the essential needs. Other than being with 15-20 min from Disney the general location of this is great. From restaurants to groceries to shopping everything is so close, we spent an afternoon at the Margaritaville mall area too which provides enough entertainment for an afternoon and great selection for eating everyday If needed. Def looking forward to returning and staying at the same spot.

My fiance and I stayed when we went to Disney. The property was nicer than pictures, if that’s possible. The drive to the parks is only about 15 minutes and it’s nice to have some separation. The sunset walk has great restaurants and there are convenient groceries around the corner. Love this place!
