The Villa

This fully air-conditioned villa comfortably sleeps eight people (on recent quality mattresses) in four bedrooms, each with its own closet. (We don't use a sofa bed to increase capacity). Three double bedrooms (2 Twins, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) and the main bath (sink, toilet, tub w/shower) are located on one side of the home, while the master bedroom (King Double Pillow-Top Mattress) with ensuite (sink, toilet, large walk-in shower with direct access to the lanai) and walk-in closet is located on the other side of the home.

You’ll find the kitchen well-equipped with quality appliances, cutlery and cookware for family meals, far beyond the typical area vacation home standards. Quality furniture, electronics, and games room allow you to enjoy your vacation in carefree style. The open layout home encourages everyone sharing and enjoying their time together, while the four bedrooms allow them to retreat to their own private space when desired. And the pool…

Oh, the pool! The pool at Breezy Oak Villa is truly a piece-of-heaven on earth. Enjoy relaxing in the 89º degree water, listening to tropical birds in the forest beyond, serenading you as your troubles float away on a gentle Florida breeze. One of our first guests described Breezy Oak Villa as the most relaxing place he’s ever been on vacation. It truly is!

The lounge opens out to the Lanai (covered deck) which overlooks the professionally maintained South and East facing pool, completely covered by a screen enclosure to keep out insects and debris. A separate entrance gives access to the pool from the master bath. Jump out of the pool and into the shower to warm up and rinse off!

Amazing Privacy

Unlike most vacation homes, Breezy Oak Villa provides true privacy! The Villa has no rear neighbors, and it has practically no SIDE neighbors as well! See photographs. The pool is surrounded by a landscaped yard, bordered by tropical forest. The villa surrounds the pool and lanai on the other two sides. No one will be watching you in your pool, and you won't be looking at them in theirs either! No barking dogs, obnoxious or noisy neighbors to bother you... just the sounds of nature and your own family splashing in the clear water of your very private pool under the warm Florida sun!

(As you study vacation rentals, pay close attention to the proximity of neighbors to the pool enclosure, especially on the side of the home. You’ll discover that a ‘private’ pool usually isn’t so private after all, even at homes without rear neighbors.)

Security and Convenience

Amenities like Fibre-Optic Internet and Streaming TV, with Hi-Speed Wifi, a video library of kids and family movies, X-Box console, TVs in every bedroom, an AIR CONDITIONED games room with a quality slate pool table and full-size air hockey, provide hours of fun for our guests.

Even though the home is located in a very safe area, we take the security and comfort of our guests seriously. Emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, pool safety alarms, smoke detectors, remote monitored alarm system, CCTV cameras monitoring the exterior front and sides (only) of the home, electronic door locks and automatic patio door closers, along with remote-monitored heating, A/C, hot water, electrical, internet, pool pump and heating, mean we can promptly provide service if needed (often before guests are aware of an issue).

Location

Just outside of the tourist zone around Disney World, Breezy Oak Villa provides privacy and safety for your family, in an area where you can enjoy an evening stroll by the lake, and your kids can play outside unattended. There are no gates at the entrance of Thousand Oaks – we don’t need them! The best way to be safe in the Orlando area is to stay in a very safe area.

On most evenings you can hear the fireworks going off at Epcot from our doorstep! You can drive from the villa to the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom (at the far north end of the Disney resort) in less than 15 minutes!

Breezy Oak Villa is close enough for convenience, but off the beaten path enough to provide you with all the safety, rest and relaxation you need!

• During winter months, optional POOL HEATING is usually required at $20/day. We set our heaters warmer and run them longer than most area properties.
• We have a playpen, two strollers, and a high chair available for guest use (please bring your own baby blankets) $5/day.
• We have a large propane fired BBQ with appropriate tools available $5/day. (Others provide 'free' BBQ's but you must run out & buy propane! We provide 2 tanks, operating and a spare so you never run out!)
• Full-size Crib, Bikes, Scooters and other specialty items are easily pre-arranged for our guests at competitive rental rates, with delivery to & pick-up at the villa.

This home is Kid Friendly & Children Welcome, Non smoking only, and with no stairs is
suitable for elderly or infirm and wheelchair accessible.

Value

If you’re looking for just a cheap roof over your head, Breezy Oak Villa is likely not for you. That’s fine. We understand not everyone will appreciate or can afford the privacy, location, quality and service that Breezy Oak Villa provides. Still, many of our guests remark on the value they receive in their guest exit surveys.

For rates comparable to a Disney value resort room which sleeps 4, our guests receive an entire four-bed home that sleeps 8, has a well-equipped full kitchen, up-to-date electronics, full laundry, games room, and an enclosed private pool in a beautifully landscaped private yard that has been described as a ‘mini-resort’, and all located an easy 15-minute drive from Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

When you stay with us, you are staying ‘like an owner’ and paying what you would if you owned the property.

Most snowbirds simply looking to enjoy Florida weather will likely find other properties (often more economical because they are smaller, simpler, and not so close to the theme parks) more suitable, although we do receive a number of cherished snowbird guests each year.

We can not provide discounts for smaller groups or longer-term guests. Instead, we provide everyone with the best value we can. Unlike hotels, everyone receives our ‘best price’. We do not discriminate.
