The home was nice and huge. We had a number of minor problems as no internet, theatre needed to be fixed and hot water needed to be adjusted. There was also a minor clogged bathroom drain. All of these problems were addressed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there and would rent again.

A lil' taste of heaven.
The pictures of this property on the VRBO app/site do this house, no justice!! This home is amazing! Everyone who walked through the doors those 3 days & toured the 2 story home was in shock of how we were kicking back for our buddy's bachelor golf weekend. There are a few glitches that need to be addressed.. But all in all, I'd comeback for another 3-4 days with my immediate family knowing these repairs were made. 1. The master suite on the 1st floor room temperature was not equivalent to the other room temperatures. The floor fan left in the closet kinda made up for it, but the air wasn't as cold as the house/rooms. 2. The closest bedroom to the kitchen. There's not lock button on that door handle. 3. The lanai/ground floor back patio automatic screen closures need to be repaired. Once again. The house was so amazing, the minor glitches didn't kill our bachelor weekend high/buzz. 😎😄

Has is so nice and accommodates 8 adults perfectly - would be a 10 out of 10 if the little minor things would get fixed - Refrigerator seal Dish washer track Ice maker AC in downstairs master No oven mitts or holders And a few other small things but overall we LOVED IT !! Will be back !!

Enjoyed this beautiful home ...property was spacious and well appointed with ample amenities. The only critique is that we could not locate any instructions for electronic devices in the home, or for hot tub operation. We figured it out, but posted "cheat sheet" would have been helpful. Thanks for a memorable stay! We would definitely consider renting this home again!

The house has a bathroom for every bedroom, a killer game room and awesome movie room, and seperate living room upstairs by an oversized master. There is also a master on the lower level. The beds are comfy, the pillows could be replaced. The floors were not clean, our 10-month-old was crawling and his feet were literally black on top. There are a lot of large pots, but no casserole dishes. There are only 4 bowls. The trash can is TINY, it's pretty hilarious for a house that size. The furniture is OLD. The dining chairs sink down, the living room furniture is big deep furniture with many many feathers sticking out everywhere. The pool area is great and we enjoyed our time there.

Overall stay was great. House is beautiful and accommodated my team well. Everything worked in the house with the exception of a sliding glass door which had a broken latch. Owner sent someone right away to fix it. My only complaint was the home alarm going off at 11:30 at night when the system said “unarmed.” Very confusing situation. If I had a major complaint besides the alarm it would be the lack of instructions with respect to the property. When I arrived the code to gain access to the house was incorrect and had to call to get the correct code. I liked the house and would stay there again. Great location and quiet.

We had (9) people stay for (5) nights. All bedrooms were occupied. Many nice features (a/v especially) and in general a well-constructed, comfortable home in a nice, quiet area. Signage on the light switches was very helpful. Watching the Super Bowl in the media room was cool. The billiards room + foosball table was a popular hang-out. Hot tub was a nice feature. Too cold outside to try out the pool. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and outside grill. For a property this nice, we felt the following improvements / upgrades are needed: 1. Nicer bedsheets & comforters are definitely needed. These should be at least be 4-star hotel quality. In the meantime, some repairs should be made to what's there already. 2. A sink handle in one of the downstairs bathrooms came off, but could be replaced. 3. Need a broom and dustpan (if there, could not find), plus additional basic clean-up supplies would have been very helpful. 4. Multiple dishtowels and hand towels needed in the kitchen. One each is not enough. 5. Recommend a pantry storage area containing basic food supplies such as Salt and Pepper and no-stick spray for pans. We could have left some basic items for the next renters, too. 6. One of the ironing boards needs a new padding and outer wrap. 7. More than (1) iron would be useful (we could only find (1). 8. The countertop microwave worked fine but we couldn't get the other microwave (combo unit on top of the wall oven) to work properly. 9. A selection of various size plastic containers with lids (~tupperware) would have been useful to store food in the refrigerator. 9. Some of the bathrooms needed a hanging rack in the shower for shampoo, etc. 10. Igniters on the grill non-functioning. Using a small bic lighter is not a good workaround. 11. Thermostat on the Thermador stove wasn't working - glass cover was missing, too. 12. Sub-zero refrigerator is nice, but door needs lubrication. 13. Needed (2) bottles of Dawn dishwash soap for a stay of this length (5 nights). 14. Stopper in Kitchen sink needs attention - hard to get it seated properly so it would properly seal. 15. More coffee cups needed

After correcting all the problems in the home. We loved everything about our stay. Will recommend it to family and friends. Just such a beautiful home overall. Very spacious for the amount of people he allows in the home at one time. No one was aggravated by anyone in the home at one time. The pool kept kids busy and out of the way of grown folk time😄. House keepers did a great job on the entree cleaning. Didn't have anything dirty entering home. Thanks and I will rent from u again!!

A beautiful home!
It was a very beautiful home. It was more beautiful than what you see online. My only complaint was that the master bedroom downstairs shower was not working properly. The water from the shower head was cold so I had cold showers every night. That room was also used to accommodate parents with babies so the room really smelled like dirty diapers. This room didn't work for me but it would for parents who had small children. Overall, my family and I truly enjoyed this home and would highly recommend it to all my friends and family. I will definite stay here again next time.
