The space

Two queen beds dressed in premium linens sit at the heart of the room, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. The layout feels open and inviting, with polished floors that catch and reflect the ambient glow of the themed lighting throughout the day and into the evening. A large window draws in natural light, creating a beautiful contrast between the playful interior design and the relaxed comfort you need on a real vacation.



Entertainment & connectivity

A mounted TV, dedicated workspace, and reliable WiFi mean you can wind down on your own terms - whether that's streaming a movie, checking park wait times, or catching up on anything that can't wait. The studio is set up to keep you connected and comfortable without any fuss.



Kitchen essentials

For easy in-room dining, the studio includes a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee provided - perfect for a morning brew before heading out or a late-night snack after the parks. Please note that a full kitchen is not available.



Bathroom

The private bathroom is finished in a clean, bold style that complements the room's energy. It's stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to supplement the initial supplies provided.



Community & parking

The studio sits within the Legacy Grand community, where guests have access to a shared pool and common areas. Free parking on premises is included, along with a complimentary shuttle service to the parks - a convenient perk that makes getting to Walt Disney World even easier.



Location

Positioned just 4 miles from Walt Disney World Resort (approximately 10 minutes by car), this studio puts you in prime Orlando territory. Disney Springs is about 12 minutes away, Universal Studios Orlando is roughly 20 minutes, and SeaWorld Orlando is around 22 minutes. Old Town Kissimmee is only 10 minutes away for dining and entertainment, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes from your door.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes:

* Starter Kit: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you settled in, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hand soap.. For longer stays, you will likely need to purchase additional supplies.

* Safety: For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke alarms.
