House and amenities were as advertised! Beautiful and clean home. Perfect location on a pond with walking path. Plenty of space for 9 adults to sleep, relax, visit and enjoy the Florida sun! Host was super responsive and friendly!

This was anual trip that I make with nieces and nephews to attend food and wine at Epcot. It was the perfect house for us. With the large kitchen area for dinner, dinning area for game night and huge family room it was perfect for our group of 14 adults. It was also a perfect location near Epcot

The house was large and spacious with a large social gathering place with the open floor plan. There were 2 refrigerators with modern appliances and accoutrements. The hosts were really responsive and helpful which we all appreciated. The house is close to Disney and close to restaurants and other amenities/ activities. Thank you for hosting us. The home was as very nice and accommodating, just as was advertised. Our family really enjoyed staying there. there only two minor things that I asked the owner to address, and they were, one to add some additional cookware and, second, to put an apparatus in the upstairs king bedroom walk-in shower to hold soap and/or body wash bottle. Other than that, a good time was had by all. Will be going back at a future date!

We had an excellent visit. Our host was VERY responsive. Whether it was questions ahead of time, or check in or questions when we arrived, she responded right away. I really appreciated her helpfulness. The house was perfect for our group and the themed rooms were great for the kids. The pool and hot tub were really great. We had 14 family members and it easily accommodated all of our needs.

The property was great! 11 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were also a hit with the family. The location was also nice, close to lots of stores and restaurants. The drive to Disney was easy from the house. The only recommendation I would have is for a few more pieces of cookware for guests. The host was prompt replying to any questions we had. This place is great and we would definitely stay again!

It lived up to what was on line. The house was clean the host was spot on Sharon communicated from the beginning even when I was late seeing the emails she was patient with me. I will definitely stay again and would recommend anyone to stay.

Very lovely home, only thing I can critique on is that there weren't many towels and the towels that were there were damp we have to dry them. Other than that this home was beautiful, lovely and would love to come back again.

The property exceeded my expectations and the Host was Amazingly accommodating. The Children had an outstanding pre Christmas celebration and will return again soon! Although the pool was malfunctioning, the hot tub sufficed.

beautiful place with plenty of space for my family of 14. It was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware etc. which made it easy for our large group to dine in. The location was close enough to all the park attractions yet offered convenient shopping and dining close by. Sharon was an outstanding host that responded immediately whenever I had an issue. Would highly recommend !

The property is great for a large family. Pool, pool table is a great plus. I had to contact Sharon and she responded immediately. Problem taken care of! Carpet needs to be cleaned and in showers there wasn’t a soap dish for soap or shampoos. Overall, great trip.
