Splendid villa, overlooking conservation area, with private pool and games room

Serendib Villa is a splendid villa situated on the prestigious development known as 'Calabay Parc' which is only 15 minutes from Disney, and built on a conservation lot with beautiful views of forest to the rear.

While on vacation, we prefer the comforts of home. Therefore, we renovated our villa as a luxurious home away from home with brand new top-of-the-line furniture and state of the art equipment. Our villa offers ultimate luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete and memorable. It is the perfect place to return to and relax at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks.
It has amazing views from the decking area of sunset over the conservation land at the rear of the villa itself, should you be able to tear yourself away from the theme parks early enough.

Stayed at the house for my son’s dance competition at Gaylord Palms. The drive was close. The house was perfect for relaxing- we loved the pool; quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Simply great property, accommodations, and good location

Property as described. Overall, very pleased with the full experience. Property owner was superb in communications and timeliness of responses. Only "complaints" (and I say that lightly). The beds are more firm than I prefer, but my spouse was pleased with the mattress. Some cleaning issues such as some other reviewers have mentioned, namely in bathroom fans, etc. But those are very minimal.Overall, this was a 5-star property. Especially considering the price.

Our family of four had more room than we even needed with five bedrooms and four bathrooms! The pool was great for relaxing in the evenings. My boys loved the pool table. I was able to wash laundry before heading back home! Overall, great experience!

Nice place, lots of space

We enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with the AC; the owner kindly sent maintenance out at 10pm and the maintenance people were quite rude. The owner was apologetic about this and remedied it. There's lots of space for the family to spread out.

Grand Disney Vacation

Thank you to the host for your hospitality. This was a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place that has enough room for the entire family. The pictures for the listing don't do it much justice. You have to see it for yourself. The location is convenient to the Disney Parks and shopping. The host was quick to respond the two times that I had to contact them. This is most definitely on my favorites list.

Great Location / Quiet Neighbourhood

Stay went very well. Sam was an excellent host.. any issues that arose they were swiftly dealt with. A long term rental checked out before us, so some things they didn’t notice needed to be fixed and it was done quickly. Only issue would be the stove - it could definitely be replaced. Burners will work when you play with them. Hot tub and heated pool were excellent. Thank you!

The property was accurate based on website description. Communication with property manager was excellent and flexible. Significant problem with ants and other insects. Ants covered nearly all kitchen surfaces despite daily treating with insecticide provided in the house as well as leaving no open food. The stay was otherwise enjoyable.

So much potential!

The house was in a great location, we loved the view out back (no houses) and the turkeys that visited us almost daily! The house has so much potential but definitely could use some updates and better cleaning! The carpet upstairs was disgusting covered in stains and burn holes, all the beds were very noisy and sheets didn’t fit, some lights didn’t work, the bathtub faucet was broke off, and the tvs were tiny in the bedrooms. There was also different information emailed to me than what was left in the welcome binder, so that was super confusing. I will say I contacted owner and they were very prompt at responding so I was very appreciative of that. Overall I give it 3 stars, but it very easily could be a 5 star with some improvements!
