One of the home's biggest highlights is the southwest-facing private screened pool and spa. The southwest-facing pool area is especially appealing for guests who enjoy spending the later part of the day outdoors, making it an inviting setting for an afternoon swim or relaxing beside the water as the Florida day winds down.

Start the morning with coffee beside the pool, spend the afternoon swimming between Orlando adventures, or return after a full day at Disney or Universal and enjoy a quiet evening outside. The spacious screened lanai and pool deck with outdoor patio furniture give everyone plenty of room to relax together.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
