Accommodating up to eight guests and located approximately 7 miles from Walt Disney World, the home combines private recreation, relaxing outdoor space, and championship golf in one convenient Central Florida location.

One of the home's standout features is the private west-facing screened pool and spa overlooking a peaceful conservation area. Spend the afternoon swimming, relax beside the water, or return after an exciting day at Walt Disney World and enjoy the late-day Florida sunshine.

The spacious screened lanai, pool deck, and outdoor patio furniture create an inviting place for the family to gather. The conservation backdrop adds to the relaxing atmosphere and makes the outdoor area an especially appealing place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day.

The adjoining spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

When you're ready for some friendly competition, head upstairs to the loft with a pool table. Kids, teenagers, and adults can challenge each other to a game between theme park adventures or enjoy an evening of entertainment without leaving the home.
