• This home is located in a non-gated community

• Garage game room (NO A/C) contains a game room, with parking available in the driveway and on the street

• Pool heating is optional for $40 per day plus tax and must be ordered for the entire stay. Recommended from November to March. To heat the SPA, the pool heater must be turned on.

• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

• Please note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

• Please note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed inside.

• Parties and events are prohibited.

• Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.
-Pool Heat is $40 per day plus tax.
Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
