the house was as advertised and it was clean, my only issue is incorrect info. I was sent a wrong access code and wrong wifi info, I book online because I dont have time to call in every time something is incorrect. Diego was nice and helpful when I did call for assistance

I will say the house was clean never saw a single bug which is very unusual for Florida. Had to pay for early check in (which I’ve never had to do for a couple hours especially after being told the house was already cleaned the day before. Never reached out to us about the hurricane or any prep or anything. When I reached out about having to leave 3 days early to drive home before the hurricane & asked if they would refund anything nope. Never reached out to give check out reminder or anything. Won’t from from them again. Also texted the wrong door code to get in do had to call for that also.
