Let us be a part of helping your family catch up for lost time! Our home is large enough to accommodate up to 18 people. This Beautiful new 8 bedrooms x 6 full bathrooms is located in one of Central Florida's newest Resort Community of Windsor Island. Windsor Island is a 24 x 7 manned -gated community located just south of US 192 on Hwy 27. It is located within easy access to the various theme parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. and approximately 90 minutes form some of Florida's most attractive beaches like Clearwater beach on the west coast & Daytona Beach on the east coast. Home has tiles in all wet areas and Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) in all other areas *** NO CARPETS*** There are two bedrooms downstairs one of which is the Master Suite with private walkout to the heated pool and spa! Smart Televisions are in all rooms with large screen Televisions in the main living area. There is a large covered lanai with large heated pool and spa where the family can hang out and relax while enjoying a BBQ.

We had a pleasant stay overall and enjoyed several aspects of the house. The property was very clean, spacious, and well equipped, and the heated pool was definitely a highlight, especially during our stay over the Christmas holidays.However, there were also a few drawbacks. Unfortunately, the alarm system was not working during our stay. In addition, the neighboring houses were quite noisy at times, and access to the property was sometimes difficult. During the Christmas period, the entrance gate and the resort roads were extremely busy, which added to the inconvenience.Because of the heavy holiday traffic, travel times were much longer than expected. For a future visit, we would likely choose a property closer to the theme parks to reduce driving time.That said, we were generally satisfied with the house itself and appreciated the comfort it offered. Thank you for hosting us.

We really enjoyed our stay with our family for Thanksgiving. The neighborhood was nice to walk around in, the clubhouse area and park was great for our granddaughter, and the house accommodated all our family members with plenty of space for everyone. The host was very responsive when we needed to contact him. The rooms were spacious, the home was decorated beautifully, and everything was comfortable.

Nice, clean home. Comfortable stay. Had an issue with a broken appliance upon arrival (d/w), notified the management company and it was resolved in a timely manner. Very convenient to all the parks. Would stay again if we were to visit the area again.

Family vacation

The house amazing , lots room . Everything about it was a 5 star. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that came with the house and the water park that was in the complex .

Wonderful Home!

Beautiful home, very clean, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and pool toys included. Management was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Check-in was seamless, no long lines. Would highly recommend! Thank you for making our vacation memorable!

Baseball getaway

Web traveled for the RussMatt tourney and have stayed in Windsor Resort at different houses the last three years. Traffic at checkin at the gate can be difficult and will back up quite a bit. We did not have the expected pack and play for the baby but the host had one delivered timely. Would stay here again!

Nice Home, pool and spa problems

The house was very large and was well equipped. It was very clean and getting in and out the property was fine. We had problems with the pool every day we tried to use it. It would not heat up enough to swim in the actual pool and the spa only heated enough when we contacted the host. It never heated for us when we turned it on. We left the property in good order for the host.

VERY AWESOME

We had an amazing stay at this house in Florida! The home was well-stocked with plenty of towels, an adequate amount of dishes and silverware, and all the kitchen appliances we needed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic—clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The grill on-site worked flawlessly, which made outdoor cooking super convenient.Beyond the house itself, the resort amenities were a huge bonus. The main pool area was incredible, featuring fun water slides and a great splash area for the kids. It truly made our vacation even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Home away from Home

I recommend this to any family of 17 but no more that 20. The home was extremely spacious. We weren't on top of each other and was still able to engage. The pool area was magnificent especially with the jacuzzi. The only thing we were missing was a broom/mop. It is close to Walmart, Publix, and gas station.There could be comfortable 6 couples plus 3 kids themed rooms with multiple beds mostly full sized. Every room had a bathroom or a jack and jill bathroom. All in all worth the money that was spent just needed a broom/mop.

Multi generational trip of a lifetime

The home was perfectly suited for our extended family, with a main suite on the ground floor for the grandparents and another room on the ground floor for family who has a toddler. The teens and younger kids loved the upstairs themed rooms and common area. The pool and community pools were enjoyed by all. The proximity to groceries and stores also made for a convenient place to stay. The only downsides were the gate entrance and on-street parking, which can at times be overwhelmed by the number of vacationers. I would definitely stay here again!

Great House, Awful Gated Entry

The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Clean, plenty of room, comfortable beds, etc. We would consider staying here again if it wasn't for getting into the neighborhood. Even once you have a tag for the guard gate the entry gets so backed up onto the main road that getting into the facility can take up to 15 minutes. We were there at an off time so I cannot imagine staying on property during the summer months. There has got to be a better system and until that is resolved we will not be staying on property again. We went without a trip to the grocery store one night because we just didn't want to fool with getting back into the neighborhood. It is that bad!

Nice Holiday Family Friendly

Great week after Christmas and into New Year’s Day. The pool and the community pool are a nice benefit. With 4 kids and also grandkids in our group having multiple rooms and bathrooms was a big plus. Recommend the property. The only downside was a bit of a cold spell for FL during our stay but the pool was warm enough the kids still had a great time.

Perfect property in superb condition

This property has a wow factor and is exactly as per the photos The resort feels safe & secure with 24/7 patrols by the security team The info provided by the owner regards the property location, check in detail, house alarm use and activation codes etc was straight forward The pool area is private and cleaned regularly We will definitely stay at this property again

Great house for large family with kids

Ramzi's place was very clean upon arrival, check in was easy. The neighborhood security gate entry is very strict so make sure anybody you plan on visiting is registered with them ahead of time (Ramzi handled this effortlessly). The pool had a child security gate during our stay (not shown in listing photos), that was great to have with little kids running around. Kids loved the theme rooms and the rest of the house is very tastefully decorated, so you don't always feel like you're at a theme park. Great place for a week long family vacation.

Perfect family vacation rental

The house was wonderful, spacious and very nicely decorated. The grandkids loved having their own pool! The neighborhood clubhouse and pool area was also a big hit. We were confused about whether we could use the grill. The property notebook stated that a grill wasn’t provided due to the cost of cleaning and propane and also recommended contacting a rental company if interested in grilling. Since there was a grill on the patio it would have been nice to be able to use it.

Good vacation location and property

First time using a vacation home rental - good experience - will do again. Some comments: Check-in at gate was extremely easy and professional. All our guests on list had same positive experience. Parking was always available (even on busiest days). Extremely pleased - property interior/exterior matched website images; and layout was as described. Rooms were cleaned and maintained. Sufficient initial supplies. All family members were impressed (and wanted website info). Patio / Pool was enjoyable and enjoyed by all. Well maintained and clean. Manual with key essential information accessible in foyer (passwords, codes, check-out information, contact info, etc.). Improvement opportunity: One young man (Clubhouse front desk check Jun 11 at 5p.m.) not fully ready for customer-facing position (no greeting, distracted with his phone, non-cordial responses).
