OPTIONAL POOL & SPA HEATING



Pool and spa heating is available for:



$40 per day plus applicable tax



Heating must be requested at least 2 days prior to arrival and must be added for the entire stay.



Please note that heating performance may be limited when outdoor temperatures fall to approximately 50°F or below.

Your reservation includes access to the ChampionsGate Oasis Clubhouse and its resort-style amenities.

PARKING & COMMUNITY VEHICLE RULES



The ChampionsGate community permits a maximum of 6 vehicles per property.



Elevated Stays does not charge additional parking or resort-pass fees.



The community does not permit:



• Charter buses

• RVs

• Trailers

• Boats

• Slingshots

• Golf carts

• Campers



OPTIONAL BBQ GRILL



Use of the onsite BBQ grill is optional and available for:



$40 plus applicable tax per stay



The fee includes propane and cleaning of the grill.



SECURITY DEPOSIT & GUEST AGREEMENT



The property management company requires a $500 refundable security deposit.



This is processed as a temporary authorization hold on the guest’s credit card and is required 2 days prior to arrival.



The authorization is released after checkout once the property has been inspected and no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other additional charges are identified.



Please note that the timing for released funds to become available may vary depending on your financial institution.



Guests are also required to review and sign our Guest Agreement after booking. The agreement outlines important property rules, community requirements, security deposit terms, and other information related to the reservation.



Failure to complete the required security deposit authorization or Guest Agreement may affect the reservation.



EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT



Because this home is frequently booked with back-to-back reservations, early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.



Requests may be considered up to 3 days prior to arrival or departure, depending on availability.



When approved:



Early check-in or late checkout: $40 per hour plus applicable tax



Guests must receive written approval in advance.



Unauthorized late departures may result in charges for documented additional costs incurred, as permitted under applicable booking-platform policies.



STARTER SUPPLIES



This is a privately managed vacation home rather than a hotel, so daily housekeeping and linen service are not included during the stay.



We provide a complimentary starter supply of common household essentials, including approximately:



• 5 dishwasher pods

• 5 laundry pods

• 2 rolls of toilet paper

• 1 roll of paper towels

• 1 sponge

• Cleaning spray

• 5 trash bags

• Hand soap

• Dish soap

• Coffee, creamer, and sugar

• Vegetable oil

These items are intended as starter supplies. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
