Premium Kitchen and bathrooms, with stone surfaces (of course), merge seamlessly into communal spaces in gorgeous vacation home. In addition to the grand space downstairs, there is the ‘Cine Loft’ area upstairs where a large screen TV sits in front of a very large sectional couch meaning everyone can get together.
Spectrum Cable included with every TV, in every bedroom as well as the grand room on the ground floor and the ‘Cine Haven’ loft area upstairs!

A serviced and cleaned BBQ grill with a full propane tank (with free refills) may be rented from a local supplier at a reasonable cost which we can organize for you. . Please ask for more information about grill options.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
Optional pool heat is available for $175 for the first 5 days including tax and $35 for each additional day after this. Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 being the minimum payment and is usually required to be on for the duration of your stay. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.
As a part of our commitment to the tranquility of the community and to prevent unauthorized party / use of the home, the primary booker must usually be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year old’s or those living in the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!
ID is required to access the gated community and facilities.
Primary guests are required to provide identification after online booking in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, verify payment method, including that they are in possession of the payment card where bookings are made online, as well as completing a signed rental agreement. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account. 4 vehicles maximum are allowed by the community for this 6 bedroom home
