Welcome to this spacious 2491 Sq. Ft. private pool home in Solterra Resort, located just 25 minutes from Disney and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 11 guests, offering the perfect setting for your Florida vacation. The home is spread over 2 floors, with 1 King Size, 2 Queen Size, 1 Full Size, and 3 Twin Size beds, providing ample space for families or groups to relax.

The house features carpet on the stairway and in the bedrooms, ensuring a cozy atmosphere throughout. Free driveway parking is available (no street parking allowed), and the home is equipped with central air, linens, and towels for your convenience. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, iron, hair dryer, free cable & internet. Starter supplies are provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, trash bags in all bins, 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. You may wish to stop by the nearest supermarket for any extra items needed during your stay. If desired, a welcome package is available – just call us!

Solterra Resort Amenities: Guests enjoy full access to the resort's luxurious amenities. Solterra Resort is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World® and 26 minutes from Universal Studios, perfect for theme park enthusiasts. The resort offers a grand clubhouse with a resort-style pool, waterslide, and a lazy river, as well as volleyball and tennis courts. For those seeking a workout, a fitness area is available, along with a tot lot for children. The resort also features a café/bar by the pool and nearby golf courses, shopping, and restaurants.

Extras:

Pool Heat: Available for $50 per day, must be requested at least 7 days prior to check-in.
Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee: A one-time fee of $35 for 1-12 guests or $45 for 13+ guests covers access to resort amenities during your stay. Payment is required at the clubhouse front desk, and only credit or debit cards are accepted (no cash). You will receive Resort Access Cards (up to 2 cards per party) for pool access and a 4-digit code for the gym.
Housekeeping: The house is self-catering and no daily housekeeping is included. The home is thoroughly cleaned before check-in, with fresh sheets and towels. If desired, mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Smoking & Pets: The house is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Violations of this policy will result in a charge against your security deposit ($400 minimum).
Food: Florida law prohibits open food from being stored in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. Therefore, all food will be removed after check-out. Condiments, coffee powder, or similar items will not be provided before check-in.
Additional Policies:

Excessive Cleaning: A $100 fee applies for excessive or double cleaning required.
Parking Rules: Strictly enforced. Only registered guests may park overnight in designated spaces (limit of 5 vehicles per home). Parking in unauthorized areas, on grass, or blocking sidewalks is prohibited and will result in towing at the owner's expense.
Pool Hours: The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with the lazy river and slide having seasonal hours. From November 5, 2023, to March 10, 2024, the lazy river and slide close at 6 p.m..
Please note that parking is not allowed at the clubhouse after 11 p.m. and vehicles violating the parking rules will be towed at the owner's expense.
