This two-story 5 bedroom 4 bath pool home is the perfect home for your vacation. Beautiful private pool, open floor plan

Solana Resort is a manned gated community located off Hwy 27 minutes away from Disney attraction. This wonderful resort community offers a 4,000 sq foot clubhouse, kids play area, large heated pool, hot tub, with private cabana's, tiki bar, sand volleyball, playground, ping pong, arcade room, and a fitness room. There is also a miniature golf course available for a small fee. Brand new to the clubhouse is a mini market and gift shop! The clubhouse also serves Breakfast and you can grab a bite to eat for Lunch at the Tiki Bar (pricing varies for both.)

As you enter the home to your left is the guest bedroom. To your right is a small hall that leads to the guest bathroom, laundry room and garage.
Continuing into the home, you will find the dining room to your left with seating for 6. Straight ahead is the great room with love seat, sofa bed and large TV perfect for movie time at night. Popcorn anyone?

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking ware and dinner ware making it easy to plan and prepare meals and snacks. Dining in the convenience of your vacation home is a big money saver. The breakfast nook has a view of the covered pool area and offers seating for four.

Do not want to have breakfast or lunch indoors? Grab your breakfast, coffee/tea and step out to the covered lanai where a table and seating for four is offered. Take advantage of those golden rays from sunrise to sunset with this refreshing south-facing pool. Sunbath on one of the two loungers or cool off on the sparkly clean pool and spa. The pool and spa does offer heating at an additional charge.

On the ground floor is the main master bedroom with private ensuite with a garden tub, separate shower and dual vanity. The bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and 43" TV to wind down after a long day at the parks or under the sun. There is also another bedroom on the first floor with a Queen size bed. Additionally you will find a bathroom with shower.

On the 2nd story, there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 twins beds and TV decorated in beautiful rainbow colors. The 4th bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and decorated in avengers theme with TV. The kids rooms share the 2nd guest bathroom. The 2nd master with ensuite offers a comfortable queen bed for a good night's sleep after a long day at the parks or under the sun and private bathroom with tub/shower and TV.

The garage has been turned into a game room and has pool table and foosball.

This home offers plenty of room for a traveling family or group and we are confident it will not disappoint. Enjoy Home away from HOME.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, The Holy Land, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, and Sea World are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

Great winter getaway.

This is a lovely property and exactly as advertised. It’s comfortable and has all the conveniences you could need. The pool and spa tub are great and yard is quiet private. Overall a very good experience and made for a great vacation for our family.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes needed. The rooms were cleaned very comfortable. We were not too far from attractions. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend others to do the same.

Family holiday

Nice villa,very spacious just a few minor niggles,this villa caters for up to ten people yet the outside seating only accommodated two chairs and two loungers,also not enough outside plastic tableware and a hole in the net which let every bug in but must say Welcome Homes went above and beyond to rectify the seating and the tableware situation,overall we had a great holiday with Welcome homes and Jennifer made it much better for us with all her help sorting everything out.

A disaster, deceiving pictures, nothing we expected!

We arrived, were told to go to welcome place to get our parking sticker, after two try's couldn't find anyone. Came back to the guard he said he wasn't supposed to give us our sticker til 8. It was 7:30pm. The house was so outdated. Floors were filthy, damaged blinds, garage was filthy sticky floor, non working laundry facilities washer did not start, hot tub was squirting water we didn't know what to do, couldn't use pool/hot tub til we notified management. We had an ant infestation in our kitchen and bathrooms contacted management was told they'd have pest control come Thursday, we got there on Sunday. Tried getting in gate locked early in the morning. I had to honk and woke up the guard. He was sleeping in the chair. Security??? Unsanitary to cook. Bought ant traps ourselves. Patio door trim filthy too. Had to mop floors the water was black. Did get refund on cleaning fee, but requested money back on my bill. No luck notified mgmt they said they would forward my email to mgmt. would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Has a lot of potential!

This property has a lot of potential. It was a nice size and met our basic needs. However there were some things that really needed attention to make this place great. For example: the carpet was very dirty looking throughout the house and unraveling at thresholds in the master bedroom and the dining room causing exposed tack strips which led to more than one bloody foot during the week. We eventually learned to step way over all carpeted thresholds. Some other things included a broken ceiling fan upstairs (pull chain gone), a dirty cupcake football ring holding together the plastic picture frame with instructions on the counter, an oscillating fan held together with bread-ties. Other things that needed attention but didn’t impact our stay overall included broken slats on blinds in multiple rooms, broken patio chair, ripped screen in the back pool area, a broken screen leaning against the house in the front, lights not working in the master closet, a plug with wires hanging out of the wall in the closet … things that were not a problem overall but triggered my “I hope they know we didn’t do that” anxiety. I think with some love and attention this place could be amazing… it’s got great bones and is in a nice and secure neighborhood. It has some basic utensils and things we needed for cooking. Master bed was comfortable. The pool was a lot of fun and my kids loved it. The clubhouse was decent and the clubhouse pool was nice (my father in law did have to clean it a few times). Not at all crowded. Overall clean and comfortable and met our needs. A few little upgrades and it will be fantastic!

Me and my family enjoyed the house very much the only bad part was the lack of reception in the house, I tried to send pictures of a broken item in the house and couldn't for days had to travel to the may road but all in all the house was good. It was in a great location and it was very peaceful
