Enjoy this well-appointed 3 bedroom townhouse with a private patio and hot tub in the fabulous Terra Verde Resort just 8 miles from Disney World.

Excellent location in Terra Verde! A short walk along the lake leads you to the club house, heated pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, fitness center, game room, sauna, kids playground and more.

Free wifi and cable channels and TVs in each bedroom.

The villa has a kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and laundry room downstairs. Then upstairs is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, and another bathroom.

The private patio has new patio furniture (January 2024) and a hot tub. There's no extra charge for heating the hot tub. The hot tub stays heated year round and is cleaned each week.

The Terra Verde clubhouse and outdoor common space is just a 3 minute walk along the lake path - no need to drive to get to the clubhouse and pool.

You will have access to the entire 3BR villa including private patio and hot tub.
You will also be able to use all the resort amenities at no extra charge. The door to the villa has keyless entry so only a code is needed to open the door.
