+ Pool heaters do not work in cold weather conditions, and no
refunds will be provided if the desired temperature is not
reached
+ The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and can only be heated along
with the pool, maintaining the same temperature
* BBQ rental available at $100.00 per week (optional)
* Use of the hot tub is at your own risk

Miscellaneous

* Complimentary supplies, including toiletries and cleaning supplies,
are provided for initial use
* Guests are advised to bring personal items such as wash towels, as
disposable and personal items may not be provided
* Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee
* Guests are responsible for extra cleaning charges if the owner has
to address issues or pay for additional cleaning due to
non-compliance with the rules
