Steps away from the water park and clubhouse. This gorgeous two floor townhouse is located in the prestigious Windsor Hills Resort! The townhouse is just steps away from the main clubhouse and is well maintained, continually updated, and sure to please. This unit is an end unit which is more private and larger than other townhomes in the same area.

We have updated the kitchen with a new table, added new bedding, installed blackout curtains to help guests get a good nights sleep, and added new decor to give the place a fresh clean look.

We have and continue to maintain a very high level of service to our guests ensuring that they have constant access to reach us and secure their peace-of-mind with providing a responsive management company which stands ready to assist them 24 hours a day.

House Rules:
At this time, the resort is allowing the 6 guests staying in our home access to the water park and pool.
Please note that this is a secure resort, requiring a car pass for each vehicle that enters the resort.
Guests are required to complete rental agreement via Adobe Sign. Only guests on the rental agreement are allowed in the home, without prior approval.
At this time, the resort is not allowing visitors to the pool and water park, just registered guests only.
**Please not that our community pool will be closed September 5-October 6, 2024 for resurfacing. The water park will be open to enjoy with your family.

AWESOME UNIT, BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!! 10/10
My family and I felt right at home, everyone had their own space. Everything was VERY clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. When I realized that even seasonings were available, i deceided to cook. The beds were comfortable and the plunge pool was just an added bonus.

Home was clean and as pictured in the ad. Had a few starter items in the home which was appreciated. We loved the extra towels for the pool. The walk is actually quite short to the clubhouse if you use the walkway rather than the road. Communication with host was clear and they were responsive over email when we had a question prior to our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect rental for Orlando vacation
This house was the perfect spot for our family. Our kids (5 and 8) loved having their own private pool and the resort pool was great too. The house had everything you need, including extra supplies if you forgot something. The best part was the communication from the owners when there were questions. That really made it that much more pleasant. Will stay here again.

Great Family vacation
We used the Silver Spoon house as a base to visit the theme parks. Had a great time. The pool out back was perfect after a day at the park and the bigger pool and splash pad were perfect to entertain the little day on the day we didn't go to a park. The house is conveniently located for Disney (~20 minutes) and a little further from Universal (35-45 depending on traffic). Kitchen was well equipped to do kid-friendly meals. Plenty of dining options a short drive away, if one was so inclined. We'd definitely stay here again.

An absolutely amazing stay!
We couldn't be happier with our selection and the opportunity to stay at this home. From the very beginning, our host was communicative and helpful. The condo is fresh and comes with everything you will need for your stay. There were five of us ranging from 7 to 64 and it was the perfect central location to everything. Having the private pool out back was great when we came back from long days. And my son thoroughly enjoyed the resort pool and water park. I'll be honest, the adults love the water slides as well! We will be booking this again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at your property. It was more than perfect for family of four, two adults and two teens. The house was setup just like the photos and had everything that we needed. Extra clean and well appointed. The location to the Disney parks could NOT have been better. We visited 4 of the Disney parks over 5 days. We arrived at each park between 10 - 15 minutes every day. it was so close. thank you

We traveled with 3 generations and this property accommodated everyone beautifully. Having a downstairs bedroom for those with sore joints was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for multiple cooks to work together. Everything was well decorated, well designed and well laid out. The private pool was peaceful, clean and refreshing. The larger complex pool was a lot of fun. We appreciated the safety measures on the private pool. So many thoughtful details, (treats, toys and books etc) really elevated our experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Place was very clean, had all amenities (even a high chair for infant feedings!), felt very safe, and was so close to Disney! The host was responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved it here. Everything was clean, and very organized. The pool was a nice touch for our kids. Location is excellent as it is close to the main strip, and Disney. This was our second stay in this home. We had a wonderful time once again! The home’s private pool was warm and we spent as much time in it as possible!! We also enjoyed the water park, game room, and store on the property. The lovely home was very comfortable and suited our multi aged family perfectly. The property is centrally located to Disney and shopping. The owners were wonderful and very attentive to our requests. We were so happy to be able to spend another trip in this lovely home!!!
