As proud owners in Vista Cay at Harbor Square we invite you to stay at our beautiful, updated condo. The Monte Verde is the largest floor plan at Vista Cay which offers single floor living, 2100 Sq Ft, 3 Beds, 2 Baths and can sleep up to 8 guests.

The open floor plan features a family room with a large sectional sofa and a dining area. Enough space for the whole family to relax.

Save money and prepare meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The primary bedroom has King size mattress. The second bedroom features a Queen size mattress. The third bedroom offers 2 Twin beds. The den provides additional sleeping with a pull out sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have their own television.

All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans.

If you have little ones, we provide a booster seat and pack and play at no additional cost.

There is a Walgreens drug store on site and a Publix grocery market directly next to Vista Cay which can be accessed by walking just 3 minutes.

We stayed at Vista Cay several times before becoming owners. The location is ideal, the complex is quiet and conveniently located minutes from everything Orlando has to offer. This is our second home so we have tried to make it as comfortable as possible. I am confident that your family will love it as much as we do.

We were there for a volleyball tournament and had so much room in the condo! The guy who runs the pool(Roger) was a little difficult to deal with but that really was the only issue we had. The condo was spacious and well maintained, had everything we needed and Jeff was fantastic and easy to work with booking the property!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s clean and nicely decorated, with a TON of space! I loved that there were extra box fans, being a nighttime fan sleeper! The path to the pool is located just behind the the building, making it an easy walk. The condo was across the street from Dunkin and Publix, making it a convenient walk instead of driving.

I only wanted to substract 1/2 star for cleansliness but VRBO doesn't allow this. My only concern was a dirty washcloth in the kitchen sink upon arrival. Otherwise, this was the cleaniest VRBO rental I've stayed at. The location of the condo was perfect for a day at Universal Studios and was a very easy drive to KSC. The complex was quiet and a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Everything was as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out in the condo. Convenience location to convention center with nearby grocery and shops. Vista Caye is nice community with nice pools and is quiet in evening. Check in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

We stayed here while attending a conference at the OCCC. The property was pleasant. We enjoyed the swimming pool, game room, and playground and the short walking distance to Publix and other shopping. The condo itself was well taken care of, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The host gave us clear and accurate instructions regarding everything we needed to know.

This is the perfect place to stay. Close to everything, but still feels cozy. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or spread out when you want alone time. Walking distance to the shopping center with Public and fantastic restaurants (N.Y.P.D. pizza and The Diner...both chef's kiss. HIGHLY recommend) We would definitely look here first for our next trip to Orlando.

The condo was excellent and quite large. It totally suited our needs and was very convenient to every place we wanted to go .The owner was very patient with us when we had a bit of trouble figuring out the remotes for the TV. We would definitely come back here again!

Perfect locarion for what we needed. Would have given a 5 star review except for the cleaning of the floors and countertops. You would shower and walk to the living room and your feet would be black on the bottom.

We have stayed at other condos at Vista Cay in the past and this is by far the best. It is spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. We were going to the 3 SeaWorld parks and this location was perfect. The close proximity to Publix and some good small restaurants is very nice. There are plenty of pool and bath towels and the beds were all very comfortable. It was quiet and felt very safe. I would recommend this condo over all others.

This place was absolutely impeccable. There was plenty of space for our family of six for our visit to Universal Studios which was just five minutes away. Clean linens, comfortable beds and living area, plenty of room at the table and everything we needed in the kitchen for the few meals and snacks we enjoyed there. The pool was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed a refreshing swim after our long hot days in the sun at Universal. WE would definitely want to book this same place again in the future.
