This spacious 6 bedroom home has been thoughtfully furnished with little extras to make your vacation as hassle free as possible. The home boasts a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a further 2 bathrooms in the home. The home's garage has been entirely transformed into a fully-FUNctional game room. The living area is comfortable and there is plenty of room for family meals. The generously sized kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, as well as featuring a dishwasher, large fridge and full size oven. There is a separate laundry room and of course, the home is fully air conditioned.

Outside you will find your own stunning pool backing with no rear neighbors giving you the private feel, with the added bonus of maybe spotting some local wildlife. The deck is furnished, so enjoying an evening meal al fresco has never been easier, or perhaps lounging on one of the sun loungers with a good book is more your thing. Whatever your preference, this peaceful home will truly give you an ideal vacation that will leave you wanting more.

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the property must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Inaccuracy in charges

My experience could have been so much better. The house is really nice, and location is not too far from theme parks (around 20-30minutes drive). I was disappointed in the up keeping of the house, the house was a little dirty, their where some things broken. I didn’t report any issues upon arrival as I figured they where minor details that I wouldn’t allow go affect my stay. But, it wasn’t until we noticed the pool being dirty and the backdoor that let to the outside of the house came off is when I decided to call the property manager. The property manager response at first was not responsive but he then decided to send someone who worked I. The house the last 2 days of our stay. I felt this invaded my family and my privacy. I then received a bill of damaged items that where already like that when I got there. My mistake was not taking pictures and reporting everything I found damaged. Sure learned my lesson.
