Welcome to our legendary vacation home, where the magic and excitement continue even after you leave the parks. Sleep under Princess fairy lights, travel the Galaxy, cause some Minion mischief, or create your own Avenger or Zelda adventure! This luxe Kissimmee resort home is filled with creative, amazing designs that kids go crazy for!

Welcome to the Legend of Windsor. This is the place where kids are wide-eyed with excitement and where parents have the space to relax while they play and recover from long days at the parks.

Settle in and enjoy the spacious Living / Dining area filled with subtle details of Disney topiaries and Alice in Wonderland in the garden.

There’s an elegant dining table with seating for 14, and a cozy sectional that looks out over the pool. The open plan includes a huge kitchen with island seating for 4.

Enjoy cooking? If so, you’ll love this kitchen! It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. Appreciate a good cup of fresh coffee or tea? Take advantage of the Keurig!

Outside on the lanai, there’s plenty of seating so your entire group can bask in the beautiful Florida weather and relax poolside together. There’s a high-top and an outdoor dining area as well - don’t forgot to take some pictures at our Legend of Windsor selfie wall! Listen to the spa overflowing into the sparkling pool and look out to a lovely lake view - no neighbors behind you!

And one level more of relaxation; there’s a full-length child safety gate to close off the pool when needed.

We have eight luxury bedrooms for you to choose from, and each bedroom has easy access to a full bathroom (6 in total). Do the young, or young at heart, in your group love castles and princesses? Avengers and superheroes? The Mandelorian or maybe the Minions? Let their imaginations run wild as they become immersed in their favorite characters’ world, complete with special LED lights and custom wall murals!

Ready for some indoor fun? Start in the garage that’s been transformed into an Avatar-themed game room with basketball, ping pong, foosball, and darts! Or head upstairs to the Legend of Zelda themed entertainment loft for Xbox 360 games, pool (the indoor kind), poker and our collection of so many Disney board games! There’s even a comfy workspace if you need to send that email!

The Legend at Windsor also has high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a wall-mounted flatscreen Roku television in every bedroom and main area of the home. There is cable TV in the two main living rooms, and a Blu-ray player is also available. The front entry to the home has a security camera to ensure your group is secure and safe.

A block’s walk away from the villa is the Windsor at Westside Resort with a clubhouse, amazing pools, a lazy river, and a splash playground for the kids. There are poolside cabana chairs with shade, a cozy outdoor fireplace area, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, and Windsor at Westside’s exclusive lounge and grille, Tu Casa. The resort hosts daily activities for families such as poolside games, mystery slime - and fairy hair!

☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆
We love pets and have our own, so we understand the desire to travel with furry companions. For the sake of all guests, we do have some restrictions at the home:

Dogs under 35 lbs are allowed. If you are bringing a dog, you MUST disclose it upon booking as there is an additional cleaning fee. No other pets are allowed. If a dog is brought to the home without being disclosed, or any non-allowed animal is brought to the home, you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee, and will be asked to leave immediately.

At no time is a dog allowed to be left unattended in the home, even if they are kenneled. You must clean up all pet waste outside the home, and you are responsible for any damage your pet causes.

☆☆ POOL HEAT ☆☆
The hot tub is always heated and we offer optional pool heat for $25/night. Just let us know at least 1 week prior to your stay if you'd like to add it. We aren't able to add it to only part of your stay, given that it takes about 24-36 hours to get up to full temperature.

☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆
We have a two-car driveway. Street parking is allowed for up to 5 cars, as long as the cars don't block any driveways.
