Living Room:

The pool and spa were such a treat after a long day at Disney! Only criticisms would be a better bed in the guest room (queen) and TVs in the kids rooms!

Nationals Volleyball Tournament Orlando

I really enjoyed your home. We didn't get to enjoy the home as much as we wanted due to being at the Orlando Convention Center for Nationals most of the days. We will be coming again the same time next year. I hope we can stay with you again. It was a great location. The small issue I had was the pool lights were broken and the parts didn't come in when I was there. The only thing that I was nervous about was making sure all the towels were washed and clean. It's hard when you are leaving that day and need to shower. My overall experience was wonderful. I would recommend this place to families and I hope to stay there again next year at this time.

Relaxing Stay

This location was perfect for us. We were close to ESPN Wide World of Sports, which is where we spent most of our time. We were also close to other Disney attractions. The house was very nice. We had plenty of room and the decor was very nice. The master bath was very large and we also enjoyed the kitchen. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed listening to the water. We would definitely stay here again and have already referred friends to this property.

Great house, pool, hot tub & neighborhood!.

This property was ideal for our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Also, you can’t beat the price on this rental. I had some issues with the lock upon arrival and management was able to send me the code. Make sure you save that info! This was completely my fault and they helped me out.

Wonderful and spacious

We absolutely loved this home away from home, it was spacious, clean and had everything there we needed from a washing machine, to hair dryers. The rooms were huge and the pool was a perfect size to splash and cool down in. A shallow end and a deep end, plus a separate hot tub. On arrival we were wowed with how lovely the home was, plus if we needed to contact the management company, they were extremely quick to respond. We would highly recommend this home to anyone. We were so close to amenities, restaurants and shops. It was the perfect location. We didn't want to leave!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Great location - with a flaw or two

Location is great for a Disney vacation. Convenient with restaurants and store nearby. Pool was great. The queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom slats were off the rails under the bed. Our guest ended up staying in the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Thankfully there was only four of us sharing the house so that we didn't need the other bedroom. Also, the sun in the afternoon shines down on the front door heating up the entry key locking system and when that happens the door entry key in will not work.

Good for a family

Was a nice stay for our family including littles and grandparents! Pool was great. Only downfall was that we paid for the heat to be on, but it was only on half the stay after calling property management with our concerns. We were not refunded the two days the pool heat was not working. There were small ant/bugs in the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms here and there. We purchased bug spray which took care of them. We know Florida is known for bugs, but hope the property also gets treated regularly for future guests. Location is great. Close to parks and restaurants/shops. Nice neighborhood for walking. Very reasonable price!

Great house and great location

This really was the perfect property. House was comfortable and location was extremely convenient to WDW. Here are my feedback points which are slight and if addressed will guarantee us making this our go-to location! 1. The secondary bedrooms need some kind of fan, box or oscillating. If they were this warm in December, cannot imagine how uncomfortable they get in the Summer. 2. They need more forks! We were wasing forks by the second evening. 3. The jacuzzi seemed to have an issue where the water level continued to lower. Not sure if this is normal or not but it was annoying. We didn’t report it as we didn’t notice it or it didn’t start until the second to last night of our stay. Other than that it was a great house for a family of 3-5...having a queen bed in addition to a king was a great perk!

It’s ok

Our stay was just ok. We got there right at 4 and house was still being cleaned. But once we were in the house it was implied that comforters were not cleaned between guests. We needed to strip our own beds and bugs in the master bathroom. Floor was sticky in several spots. Candy on the porch stuck to concrete etc. bottle caps in the pool from water bottles I guess. Code didn’t work on the door. I mean it wasn’t horrible but definitely not the best we ever stayed at!! Indoor trash cans were gross. We cleaned things the best we could or would when we got in there. Just with the newer guidelines with Covid etc. I was stuck on the feeling that not all things were washed. People do stuff on the comforters too. It was just a weird few maybe too picky. But it was ok. We washed most items and lysoled other things. April Clifton

Good but flaws

I would say overall okay the location is great 15 min from Disney parks. I would give it roughly a 3.5 the main issue is the queen bedroom needs much attention it needs a major new mattress and bed it was extremely noisy and extremely uncomfortable and the other bed mattresses were not over all that great either. The queen bedroom also be careful as next to the bed is dip/large divet in the floor and if your foot catches it just right you can twist an ankle. The air movement is awful in the queen room despite a ceiling fan it’s stiffeling in that room. They only had a roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom no spares or tissues which luckily I noticed the next day so we stopped to buy it but it would have been nice to tell you to buy some before getting to the home as we stopped at the store before getting there. Keep in mind it is your responsibility to do all your towels except one set before you leave which means the day before your last day there be prepared to stay and get that type of stuff done. The pool is nice but you can see where it is showing its age Overall it was okay just needs attention especially to areas mentioned.

Girls Disney vacay

Our overall experience was awesome We enjoyed the home like atmosphere - the ability to prepare our own meals and the pool and hot tub daily!! We loved the location - literally a ten minute drive to Disney and 5 minutes to a shopping are and restaurants We never had to contact management We would suggest to management leaving instructions for warming the hot tub It took us a minute to figure out where this was located and how to work the system Also there was only a half roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and one roll in the other and 4 females staying at the home An extra roll would have been appreciated .... however the property description on VRBO site does state there are only starter paper goods There were plenty of coffee filters available for the coffee maker however no need for the next folks to purchase those The property did supply some laundry detergent since they do ask you to wash the towels prior to leaving and some dish soap and dishwasher packets as they do ask you to put the dishes in the dishwasher and start them before you leave We had some confusion with the trash days The sign inside said Monday and the trash can out side had Thursday written in it The trash came on Thursday and recycles were Wednesday both days were written on top of respective bins We really enjoyed our stay and my above comments are by no means complaints - just heads up for the next visitor This place is lovely As for cooking your own meals we had a couple skillets and some sauce pans No mixing bowls - bought a cheap one and left it there There were a couple of small baking dishes but I didn’t see any baking sheets The knives are not very sharp but usable Hope this is helpful for the next visitors I know you will love the place as much as we did Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in your home

Great location, but not without some issues

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The house is spacious and comes equipped with everything you need but plan to get toilet paper because the stuff provided to start you off is the cheapest they can possibly get. We enjoyed the pool, but the first day the pool cleaners walked in the enclosure without announcing themselves and startled us while we were swimming and made us get out to clean the pool. Not a big deal to have to get out but I would’ve appreciated a note about the cleaning schedule so I wouldn’t have to worry about a stranger suddenly appearing while I’m swimming. Some of the pool jets worked and some didn’t, but it’s nice and private from neighbors. Well, we were visited by a possum at night but he was harmless. There is a jacuzzi but you have to pay extra for pool heat (my mistake for assuming a hot tub would be heated but not the pool). Typical Florida bugs inside the house. The can of Raid provided took care of them aside from the recurring silverfish we found inside and around the pool. Sleep didn’t come easily to us because the neighbors were getting their roof replaced for half of our stay. And on our last day a few of the smoke detectors randomly went off at 7am while we were all in bed. Not all of these things are in the property manager’s control but I wouldn’t have picked this place if I knew it would be so noisy. I found it hard to actually relax. The neighborhood itself is nice, seemed to be quiet in other areas and in a great location for everything we wanted to do. If you’re the type of person who wakes up early to spend all their vacation outside the hotel and just needs a place to sleep this is probably great for you. Check out was as easy as locking the door behind us, though it was earlier than standard at 10am. Also odd to demand guests strip sheets off the beds at the end of their stay and wash them and all the towels themselves before they leave.

Great place!

We had a great stay, the house was clean and in good condition as well as the pool. The neighborhood is really nice and there are many things to do nearby. Definitely recommend!
