You want to feel relaxed while on vacation and Brunello has you covered. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two private patios, and a pool/hot tub combo – luxury oozes here. Under the screened in lanai, you will have plenty of lunge space in addition to access to its extra amenities, including the clubhouse, tennis courts, and proximity to all of Disney’s theme parks.
The Space:
Nearly panoramic pool views surround this property, complete with a fully stocked kitchen with island (great for entertaining) and open, airy living space. We hope you enjoy your piece of paradise in this very quiet and well-established community.
Through the front door: enter tranquility. The living space is decked out with everything you may need to unwind after a busy day of adventures. With calm modern colors, a large cozy sectional, and a Smart TV, you’ll be more than pleased to opt in for a movie or reading night for recharging.
The kitchen is fully stocked and adorably “nooked” off the main living space. You will find it equipped with new utensils and appliances, including a blender, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, double toaster, and gas oven complete with stovetop, all amidst a beautiful, beachy backsplash. The island is perfectly positioned to look upon the entire first floor. Prepare a delicious meal whilst keeping the family fun in the living room or lanai within your sights. A secret game room is positioned off the living room, equipped with retro seating for snacks between rounds. Bring a drink and battle it out on the foosball table in the garage. Loser gets the next round!
Shift your mealtime to the spacious dining table which sits six to eight. Steps away, you will find your pool and outdoor patio. The pool/spa area is completely enclosed, helping to keep your pool clean for your entire stay, and shielding you from too much exposure and heat while you are still soaking up every bit of fun in the sun. With no shortage of seating (outdoor sofa, loungers, and table) you have the perfect opportunity to take in a well-deserved day off. The jacuzzi is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, the patio is primed for taking your enjoyment and family meals to dine al fresco. The pool is visible around your whole view of your living space, reminding you that relaxation is just outside.
Bedroom #1 – This is the only first floor bedroom and is a vacation in itself. Wake up rested in your comfortable queen-sized bed. Your own personal lanai, complete with its beautifully classic iron table and chairs is always in your sights and is the perfect spot to escape and take a sun-soaked moment to yourselves. The natural light, tiled floor, and beautiful blue walls make for beachy vibrations. A few steps away is your ensuite bathroom, complete with vanity, shower, and jacuzzi.
Bedroom #2 – This bedroom is just as beautiful, carpeted, and complete with calm, beautiful earth tones, a queen-sized bed, plenty of natural light from multiple windows, and is connected to your own personal ensuite with walk in shower.
Bedroom #3 – Welcome to the princess room! You will find all your favorite Disney princesses awaiting you, with decals and murals surrounding two twin-sized beds, complete with TV, and in the prettiest of pink.
Bedroom #4 - Round up a great night’s rest with Woody, Jessie, and Buzz. This is the Toy Story room, complete with two twin beds, TV, and plenty of storage via both a dresser and nightstand. The best amenities – the toys themselves!
Bedroom #5– R2D2 and Darth Vader greet you upon every morning mission in the Star Wars room. This room sports a comfy full-sized bed and TV.
THINGS TO NOTE:
-A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
-Two strollers and a highchair are available for your convenience.
-There is a washer and dryer on site.
-Hot tub is always heated. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
-This home sleeps an additional person on a small twin sized cot. Please verify with us before check in if you plan to use this additional sleeping amenity during your stay.
-While visiting our community, please be aware that each home has 2 exterior parking spaces and OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET IS NOT ALLOWED. You will find additional parking available at the clubhouse, available on a first come, first served basis. The HOA is VERY strict and tows daily - the fee for towing is $250. Please call us with any questions on this important detail!
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
The property is located in Tuscan Hills, an idyllic private gated community that offers a tennis court, children’s play area and sand volleyball court. All are centrally located by the clubhouse, which is equipped with a lounge area, complimentary wi-fi, gym and outdoor patio area. Ideally located 6 miles from Disney, 4 miles to Margaritaville and 3 miles from major shopping centers.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Other Things to Note:
Please note there are 2 parking spots at the house, one along the side of the house and one in front of the garage. The HOA is very strict on towing, please call with any questions and look at the photo showing the parking arrangements.
