Luxury 5 Bed 3 Bath Villa, South Facing Pool & Spa, Games Room, Quiet Location

Superbly situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac with no rear neighbours and conservation views. Our single storey, fully air conditioned, villa features a large open plan living area. It has a formal living area with leather sofas and a large flat screen TV, with access onto the pool area, a formal dining area seating 6, and a fully equipped kitchen with separate breakfast nook seating 4.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with large shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
There are three further bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two further bedrooms both with two twin beds.
A family bathroom serves these bedrooms. It has direct access to the pool area.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
A pack and play cot and a high chair are available for a small child at no cost.
The double garage is used as a games room with a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, bar football and electronic dartboard.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside is a covered lanai with ceiling fan light, and patio furniture. This leads onto the large south facing pool area with sun loungers. A safety fence is available to prevent access to the swimming pool for those with small children.
The large private pool and spa is completely screened. It is heatable at an extra charge.
Our villa has complimentary high speed wireless internet and cable TV.

This is a well keep property. Garage is well set up with games for the young and young in spirit. Laundry facility offers large washer and dryer.Pool area is enclosed with a large pool and whirl pool off to the side. 90% of our time was spent outside and in the pool. No neighbors' behind and to the side give you a lot of privacy. Shopping is close by.

We had a wonderful stay at this very spacious villa. We were a short drive to all theme park and the pool/spa was so relaxing on our rest day! We look forward to booking it for our next Disney trip.

This home allowed plenty of space for our 2 families. The location was central to all of the activities that we had planned. The home was well maintained and comfortable. The pool, spa, and backyard area were certainly the favorite hangout spot for everyone. The owner was also very responsive in all communication. I would certainly stay in this home again!

First, we loved the house 5 BR 3 Bath layout but had some issues. The pool was dirty including green on walls. The management company sent someone out the next morning and it was better but stayed a bit clouding the 5 days we were there so we didn't use. When we arrived on a Thursday, there was one full trash container and 4 trash bags at the curb along with 2 full containers on the side of the house and racoons tore up the trash in the bags the first night. The management company did however send someone to clean up the mess and while the containers were never emptied, they did drop off a new one. On Sunday night I drug out (no wheels) ALL the containers and when the truck came on Tuesday, they picked them up and apparently the trash was packed too much so the dropped and flipped them over....Yep, trash on the ground (but I picked it up. This time, when I called the management company, while being courteous, they didn't seem to be sure where I was staying even after I gave the address and owner name. Now, for the bright spot - this is the best laid out and clean 5 BR 3 bath single floor villa I've ever seen but the management company could be a lot better. Feel free to call.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house for our siblings Disney trip! The home is beautiful, just as advertised, and it has everything that you need. It is also one of the cleanest homes that I’ve ever stayed in! I was very impressed by the cleanliness, ease of access, and communication with the homeowner. We would definitely rent this home again!

We have just returned from a great stay at this Sandy Ridge property. Lovely clean house exactly as described. Our favourite thing and the reason for choosing the house was the beautiful private south facing pool with spa. Check in and out processes were simple. Communication with the owner was excellent. Our family of four including an 11 and a 13 year old adored this comfortable home. We particularly loved spending evenings in the pool and spa which looks out at a wooded area. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and the host is thoughtful and communicative. We would love to stay again.

We were looking for something away from all of the hustle and bustle of our normal beach vacation. The villa was perfect for that! Very spacious and comfortable for our group and we really enjoyed the pool and spa. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any messages we sent. Would definitely recommend!

Property was nice and clean. We had a problem with the pool and spa as something was broke and after being in contact with the owner it was fixed the next day. Property needs a new grill as it doesn’t work properly but we still cooked out! Overall it’s a nice property pretty much has everything you need. Very quite area. Everyone had enough room and didn’t feel cramped. Very nice pool area kids loved swimming. We would book again!!

This was our first experience with a vacation home vs a hotel room. This was the best decision ever made! This home was beautiful and comfortable. Everything needed to feel right at home was at our fingertips. The best part was the private pool in our back yard. The owner was great to deal with and very friendly. The neighbors were all friendly. I plan to stay here again in the future!

Owners are super friendly and easy to work with! The pool and spa were perfect for our family, and everyone enjoyed the game room. Beds were soft, yet supportive, and so incredibly comfy! Bedrooms all feed into the common sitting area, which was great and plenty of bathrooms for all. It was also very clean!! And we LOVED the Bluetooth surround-sound speaker system out by the pool!! We immediately felt completely at home! Thank you Coulson’s for a great stay!

My family spent 8 nights at this house. It looks just like the pictures and was spotless. The pool is a really nice size and completely private. The pool heat was fantastic and worked very well. The beds were comfortable. We spent many hours playing pool, air hockey and ping pong. We are already thinking about booking this house again next year.

Everything exceeded our hopes. The home was clean, well kept, spacious and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks prior to and during the Thanksgiving holiday week. In fact, we cooked thanksgiving dinner and it was lovely. We picked up foil pans for easy clean up and it worked out well. There is a Walmart several miles away that does grocery pick-up so we ordered ahead of time, and on the day we arrived, we pulled up and they filled our car with all our groceries in our order - including a frozen turkey. This saved a lot of time since we were feeding 6 adults for two weeks. The home had two coffee pots, two electric kettles, two double toaster- plus all the other necessary pots, pans and utensils for cooking. (including a blender and a hand mixer) There were even a few ice packs for our coolers. There was salt but no pepper so I suggest bringing some. The other thing forgot was something scrubby for washing pots- though there is a dishwasher. I would have liked a note posted in the kitchen reminding me what was recyclable because it's a little different than home. The blue tooth speakers in the pool area were priceless and truly helped establish the vacation feel. We used the hot tub and pool most nights after the parks. (Well worth the cost to heat) As I said there were six of us, and one night we had 3 more guests overnight. It was very comfortable. We used the grill, washer and dryer, and iron - just like home. And if I didn't mention, we all agreed the home had a really nice vibe. Phil reached out several times to check and see that we were settled and a few small items like batteries for the cable remotes and adding water to pool were handled immediately by the management company. As for location, there's a nearby intersection that we passed daily on our way to the parks that had all you could need; Publix, Wawa, a liquor store, pizza, Chinese food, you name it. The trips to Disney were fairly quick and easy enough- trips to Universal area a little longer. Overall, we all agreed we would recommend staying there and hope we'll have the opportunity to do so again. I imagine we all worry when entering the unknown but I say rent with confidence this time.
