Luxurious, 3rd-Floor Condo at Vista Cay

  • The name says it all! Third floor Luxury Villa has all the elegant touches you want in a vacation rental, as well as plenty of space for everyone to enjoy relaxing together. Put up your feet in the living room and watch a movie or read a book, while the kids play games in the cozy den.


    A formal dining room with seating for six people offers lots of room for family meals, and the gourmet kitchen will delight any home cook. Fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, preparing drinks and meals will be a breeze. A breakfast bar with stools accommodates even more people for meals, or is great for entertaining.


    The master suite features a cozy king bed and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TVs and DVD players, and there are two rollaway beds to accommodate any extra guests.


    Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. If you’re looking for luxury for your Orlando vacation, Luxury Villa will certainly fit the bill.

Vista Cay

We love staying in Vista Cay, and this location was perfect for our event. Kids love the pool and game room, parents love the comfortable, spacious living arrangements.

Check-in

Getting the door entry codes was painful. Had to call four times, leave two messages and nobody would say what was going on. Once got into the property, everything was great and easy.

Not a clean condo

Upon checking into the condo it had a very bad smell. Mold on kitchen ceiling. We had to go get candles and air wicks plug ins. Told them about it. They sent over housekeeping. She said she would let her manager know. They came in painted over the mold on ceiling. When we was out at the park for the day. Didn’t offer us another condo or even call us. Also the furnace filter hasn’t been changed in 4 years. I have allergies so it was bad. Will NOT stay here again.

Place was located close to everything. Getting and Uber to this location is super quick and we definitely utilized instacart. Would stay there again.

I have to compare rental with the Marriott Vacation Club which always was impecable, and which we rented for same amount of nights every other month for many years before Covid. (N0 owners) we did not choose you, were automatically transferred to you while making a Marriott reservation. For what we payed IN ADVANCE, we had no chance at all to move to another location, we would have really do that. I will list what I didn’t like for what I payed. Dining table chairs need new cushion; no balcony door curtain; balcony column is somewhat loose seems unsafe; ice maker dispenser not working. For 11 days!!!! NO toilet paper; 4 adult towels for 5 persons; no extra trash bags; coffee for 1 day; laundry detergent for 1 day; 1 very small soap for each bathroom; only 3 dishwasher pods; 1 paper towel roll; 1 very small dish liquid bottle. We usually stay a lot in the house, we are not customers that only use the beds and leave. We usually rent a place to fill like if I am home, and Marriott is always impecable.

Nice place!

The condo was so pretty! BUT the showers were not clean and the people above us were loud at night starting about 11:30 PM. Keeping some people in our party awake and woke us up all hours. When we sent an email to address the bathrooms being dirty (hair in the tubs, what looked like blood on the shower curtain, feces in the wall) we were told someone would be there to clean but they never came. We were spending the week at Universal so we didn't contact anyone further to take care of it we just cleaned it ourselves. Also, bring extra towels and trash bags with you unless you like washing towels every day since they only give you 1 set per person. We called for more towels and they brought them but we were told that it was normal to only receive one set per person. We really liked the building and the condo though. It was convenient to go to Universal and there were lots of places to shop and eat that were close.

Spring break getaway

Very spacious, nice floor plan with rooms spread out from each other. We didn’t need any of the children items but thought it was nice there was a high chair,etc available. We like the location. Only problem was the people above us were there to weekend party at night.

I did request to check in early but it was not available. Communication with staff was quick and easy. We went to Universal studios during our short stay in Orlando and this location was a quick 15 min drive away, surrounded by a variety of restaurants within minutes drive. My only cons is that the quality of cutlery is poor, as chef knife and scissors were broken. There was no liquid dish soap besides the finish detergent for dish washer. Other than that, our stay was comfortable.

Repeat renters

We have stayed here four different times. We love renting here because it’s a comfortable spacious apartment that fits our entire family. We have space to move around and feel at home. The apartment is situated in a great location. We will be back during the spring.

Spacious and Comfortable

We have stayed in this unit twice now. It is very spacious plenty of room for the teenagers to avoid the lame parents. Quick and easy drive to Universal. Located close to a Publix shopping center. Only thing missing in the kitchen ( or that I could not locate) was a coffee pot....had the maker.....couldn't find the pot. The stress was real....LOL! When checking out my niece had left her blanket in the dryer....almost an hour afterwards she realized this grave transgression. The property management team helped us get back into the room and get this most cherished item! Overall a great stay!

Pontos positivos: facilidade do aluguel, tudo por meio de códigos, sem encontrar com alguém, rápido e prático. Apartamento muito bem equipado, inclusive com berço portátil e cadeirinha pra bebe. O que eu acho que poderia melhorar: os colchões das camas já estão desgastados, a cortina do banheiro secundário está mofada, poderia colocar mais ganchos nos banheiros pra pendurar as toalhas.

We called the Casiola customer service line, and someone visited the unit very quickly to address the issue.

Worked great for a trade show at the convention center

Locations was great for the trade show at the convention center, an easy walk each day and saved the money for parking. Listing was accurate and it was clean and had everything we needed. The property does show some wear and tear but nothing bad just that is gets rented often. I wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans, it would have been hot at night if we were here in the summer. Being here for work we didn't use the club house or any of the amenities.

Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had mold and very bad smell

My suburb stay at Casola Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very satisfied with my stay at Casiola! The property looked just as it was advertised. Very clean and comfortable. I will plan my vacation using Casola again! As I would recommend Casiola to friends and family as I have already done so. Maintance where very friendly just seeing them on grounds or cleaning. Enjoyed my stay

I loved everyrhing about my stay. It was very cozy and the place looked exactly as shown on the webs

I would definitely rent this place again! It was clean, cozy and everything we needed was there!
