Overall we had a good time because I refused to let little things ruin my vacation that I payed so much for, but I would not go back to this property.
Cons: The property manager lacks in keeping up with this property. I own 20 rentals myself and I would have to get a new property manager if this was one of my rentals. The kitchen is not very well stocked, as in the bottom of most pots to cook in are mostly Burnt up from past usage. The kitchen lacked pot holders so as I was about to grab something out of oven there was nothing to grab with other than a towel. The grill we payed for was not there when we first got there, when it did get there it was really dirty and not kept up well but we used anyway. The heat to the spa/jacuzzi and pool was not working when we got there but I was refunded a day of pool heat but it Did not work until day 3. The remotes to 2 rooms were missing. Blinds in the main master room were broken and half down so if someone was in pool and you were in the bedroom anyone could see you. The air in the master room did not flow very well at all... so hot and there is no ceiling fan. The pool sticks to the pool table in the game room have no tips on them so you could not even play pool. The amount of wash cloths and towels provided for a 14 person house was insufficient.
Pros: this is a huge place It had enough room to feel comfortable in with 3 families. The pool and jacuzzi were a hit once the heat did start to work. It’s super close to Disney the location is wonderful. The baby high chair and crib were very helpful with my 1 year old. I really Did love and enjoy my vacation here but I think for what you pay the property management company should put more effort into assuring minor/major things are in order inside and outside of the house before the customers arrival because a customer does not want to spend there vacation calling the property manager about things In a rental house that are missing, Or not working.
