This gated community is convenient to Disney, Universal, Seaworld, and Legoland. Spacious 6 bdrm/4.5 bath is a perfect & safe Florida getaway with the family! Located in a beautiful dedicated wetlands. Themed rooms make the vacation more fun for the kids. The neighborhood clubhouse also has a gym, walk in pool, volleyball and basketball court! A perfect place to relax after the parks or on a day off from them. You are just a few miles from world class golf and restaurant row at Championsgate.
The space
Downstairs features a separate dining room along with two lounge areas and an open concept kitchen and eat in kitchen area. There is a king ensuite downstairs plus a half bath and laundry room. The other bedrooms are upstairs, including another king ensuite and a full bed room. There is a hall bath adjacent. Double bunk beds in the Mickey room. Two twins in the Marvel room an adjacent bath next to the twin frozen room. There's two sitting areas downstairs and a 3rd upstairs. There is a dedicated work desk in the upstairs sitting area. The patio looks out over the lake. It is located close to the clubhouse. The patio looks out over the lake and reedy grasses.
