A lovley three bedroom, two bathroom villa located at ENCANTADA RESORT, is in a prime Central Florida location, offering a SHORT DISTANCE to WALT DISNEY WORLD and Champions Gate by side!

This home is located in Encantada Resort which is located close to Disney parks. The community offers two large swimming pools and spa, play areas for children, a 9,000 sq ft Clubhouse with Internet café with PC/Internet access, game room; secluded walking area and catch and release fishing.
Encantada Resort is conveniently located off West Hwy 192 which places you near shopping, dining, and championship golf courses.

The property had a great location, near a shopping center and several restaurants to choose from, it was also gated which felt safe. Few suggestions that could make a difference is the cleanliness of the unit, we found long hairs in clearly visible locations like in the tube, on door knobs, and the worse was in the bed lining. In addition we found a cockroach in the kitchen on arrival. On another note all showers could use a change of head. Let’s just say my plants water can has more pressure than the showers. Besides these few things our experience was great. Will definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

This townhome was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Beds are comfy and the little pool got a lot of sun.

Good location. Loved that it had its own private pool. The property needed some cleaning. Floors were very dirty. Dust everywhere and unfortunately had to kill some roaches. The resort pool advertised on this listing is not from this resort. The pool is from a sister resort located near old town. Overall, the location and private pool made it worth our time.
