Indian Ridge - Pool Home with Spa, minutes to Disney

The Space:
Pool home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with queen bed and access to the pool deck, with en suite bathroom with double sink vanity, tub and shower. Second and third bedrooms with queen beds, and fourth bedroom with two twins beds, all with Roku TVs. Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, fully equipped and open to the dining room and living area with pool access. Laundry with washer and dryer. Convenient parking inside garage for hottest days. Very quiet and with no rear neighbors you can relax in the pool or spa after a busy day at the park which has a privacy fence and a grill for an extra fee ($50/stay).POOL AND SPA HEAT IS $25 PER DAY AND SHOULD BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. There is free WIFI and international calls to NorthAmerican. Minutes from Disney, restaurants, shopping and supermarkets.

The Neighborhood:
Indian Ridge Oaks is situated In a Quiet community Just off Highway 192 and between markers 5 and 6 off sandhill Road Just 3 miles from World drive, Disney's Main entrance.

The Beautiful homes on Indian Ridge Oaks are situated in a walled neighbourhood and with no through road for traffic making the community very peaceful.

The area features a community pool,a children's playpark, tennis and basketball courts and has paved walking and jogging paths for your morning stroll or jog.

This community has a mix of rental homes and residential homes making it a lovely community to be part of as the residents take great pride in their community and welcome all guests to join in their pool side activites. At Easter there is an egg hunt for the kids and Halloween they have parties by the pool and everyone is welcome.

For the Golfer, less than 5 minutes away and within walking distance is the palms golf and country club with Mystic Dunes being the name of the course.Champions Gate, Celebration, Falcon Fire to name but a few are all only 10 minutes away.

Situated just minutes from shops and restaurants which can all be found on the 192, Indian Ridge Oaks is an Ideal community base for your vacation.

All the attractions and malls can be reached in about 10 to 20 minutes. Orlando airport to Indian Ridge Oaks is about 30 minutes.

Clean and excellent location

My family, myself, wife, 1 year old and uncle stayed here for a week in February. House was exactly as advertised in a beautiful neighborhood and a short drive to all attractions, stores and restaurants. Host was excellent and questions were answered promptly, communication was excellent. I have stayed at many VRBOs and Grisel has been the best host i have dealt with by far. Had an issue with the pool heater on the first day and contacted the host and had the issue resolved before lunch and was able to enjoy the pool that day, The heater had just been installed the day before and needed a minor adjustment. I was refunded 2 days of pool heat without even asking which was a nice surprise. Entire house was very clean and kitchen well stocked, much more utensils and kitchen equipment than other rentals. Beds very comfortable with clean linens and TV in each room. Only minor issues we encountered were a light bulb burn out outside and a couple of remotes had dead batteries. Pool area and Lanai could use a bit of a cleaning but i imagine that is difficult to do during peak season and by no means was really all that dirty.excellent stay, host and vacation 10/10 would stay here again based solely on the communication with the host.a real gem

Short getaway!

We had a solid stay in this VRBO. The master bedroom and bathroom are wonderful. Very close to the Disney parks.

The perfect getaway with the perfect property manager

The house is all they describe and more. The only small setback was that the fence on the right side of the house is not long enough and you really don’t have much privacy while seating in the little patio by the master or in the pool because two windows of the house next door face directly there and it was uncomfortable having the neighbor watching us while seating at a desk by his window. All was peaceful so this is not a complaint but we prefer more privacy. Definitely a house to come back if that’s corrected. The property manager is very helpful.

Great , Large spacious House!

A great place to stay. It's away from the hussle and bussle of Orlando but close enough to all of Disney. One hour away , you can get to the beaches.

Suited our needs

It was pretty good, recycling bin had garabage left in it so I did not add our recycling per rules if bags in the bin, the bathrooms had a bit of a urine Oder, could use a good deep clean and some fresh paint all around, tho it was cute and suited our needs. Loved that there was movies and puzzles for our kids.

Great location

There were a few things that need to be worked in in this home. First night when going out to pool area door knob came off in hand they came next day to fix it. We paid additional money to have pool & hot tub heated it was broken all but one day, our Money was refunded. Otherwise nice home great location to parks & shopping

Beautiful, spacious villa.

We had an amazing stay in this villa, close to all the disney parks (within 5/10 mins) and 20 mins to universal. Villa was equipt with all amenities including large washing machine and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer. The air conditioning was great, you wouldn't know it was on until you walk outside and feel the heat, It was that quiet! The bedrooms were spacious and clean with plenty of storage in every room. Lots of clean towels and linen available to use. There were no problems at all with the villa. The property manager Grisel was very helpful and answered all my queries on the run up to our stay. Nothing was too trivial for him. Every question I had he answered. I would recommend this villa to anyone it was perfect for my family.

Great and quiet area

Great location, close to the theme parks. The house was nice and spacious, there was enough room for a family of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids. The place had everything we needed besides cleaning supplies. We didn't get a chance to use the pool because of the stay length and weather. I wish we could've stayed longer.
