Even before Covid-19, we met high cleanliness standards because of our amazing housekeeper. She is immaculate in her care of our home. Not only is our home carefully cleaned with CDC approved disinfectant and sanitization guidelines, our bedding and linens are completely changed out with freshly cleaned new bedding and linens for every guest. To ensure proper cleaning between guests, we will be strict with our check-in of 4:00 pm and check-out of 10:00 am.

We strive to give every guest a 5-star experience on an affordable budget. Barbara has many money and time saver tips to share on all things Disney, car rentals, etc., and is happy to share them. We love this area for making amazing memories and would love to have you as our guest.

Our villa has beautiful granite countertops, two-tone paint, comfortable high-quality mattresses, new air conditioning, and is professionally decorated ---- Quality throughout. The entire home is fresh and clean and ready to be your family's luxurious retreat.

We have an open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen all in one great room. Luxurious master bedroom on the main with jetted tub in master bath. Upstairs, you'll find another relaxing master bedroom and bath, Mickey Mouse and Star Wars bedrooms, a bathroom, and an additional vanity area. Pillow top mattresses, and blackout/darkening shades in every room. But the best thing is fresh bed coverings every visit for each guest..... no previously used bedspreads for our guests, and fresh clean bath rugs each time too!

The villa is in a wonderful gated community with all the amenities: beautiful pool, hot tub, splash pad, playground, tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball, bocce ball court, small lake with fishing, spa services, paddle boats and Tiki Bar! A high-end workout room with 24/7 access. Clubhouse with pool tables and a ping pong table. There is even a car wash/vacuum area on property.
