We had 5 people staying in our room, despite our repeated requests they never gave us enough towels for 5 people. Each day we had to go down to the front desk and ask for more towels. On multiple occasions when we did this we were told they would be delivered to our room but then never were. We had to rerequest towels more than once. The pool water was dirty and the pool was closed one morning without notice and without any signage. When we went to the front desk they told us it was closed that morning until 10am. When we went back at 10, it was still closed. Since again no sign was posted we went all the back to the front desk to learn it was closed until 1pm. The fitness center was well equipped but none of the TVs on any of the three treadmills worked and there was no signage on them to indicate there was an issue. Key cards didnāt work to either the exterior door to pool or our room on more than one occasion. The lighting and ventilation in the rooms wasnāt good. It always felt damp. During our stay the shower gel dispenser ran out of shower gel and despite our effort to leave it out in an obvious way to the cleaning crew to refill it, they never did. They made the beds, emptied the trash, and replaced our 5 used towels with three new towels everyday but that was it. The free breakfast was good for being free there were cold and hot options and some variety everyday.
