Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Homestead Charm! The house is really spacious and decorated so beautifully. It was absolutely immaculate! The backyard area is also really nice, with a good sized pool and beautiful landscaping. The house is in a quiet, charming neighborhood where you can totally relax. It's a fabulous house and we would gladly rent this place again. We loved staying here!

Disappointed

We love the reunion resort. We have stayed here in the past. However, this stay did not exceed expectations. There were multiple disappointments and let downs. First of all, our heat did not work and it was freezing in the house which made it uncomfortable to sit around and watch movies and just relax. They had 3 different engineers come by that did not have a clue. Finally they sent a heating guy out that said the unit needed a part that would not be in until well after our stay. Front desk was friendly and tried to be helpful and they credited me for one night. I felt they should of credited me for 2 or 3 nights based on the inconvenience and stress. They also said they would bring space heaters and didn’t. The house was 60 degrees all the time. It was I guess the coldest week. So we were unable to utilize the water park passes. Then kitchen sink was clogged. Trash compactor was broke. Outlets in bathrooms did not work so had to blow dry hair and stuff in bedroom. I feel the price we paid to rent the property was not worth it at all. The only things they have going for them is the comfy beds and couches. The cleanliness.. lastly the access to the resort is a bonus. I did message reservations and they never acknowledged my complaint about the kitchen sink or the outlets.

Wonderful house

This house is wonderfull, clean and do have all you need. The rooms are big and nice and the livingroom and kitcen was great. The pool in small but cosy but it would be nice if they cut the trees in the neigborhood so you can have the sun longer over the day. I will defenatly stay there again.
