Family stay

Long weekend. It was a great location, first house on the block, large open lot on side. Pool was lovely, house is big. Kitchen is perfect for big group. Property is a bit run down and could use a little refreshing. Furniture has taken a beating and carpet is dirty looking.

My family and i love this vacation home. Very clean and spacious. Great communication. And great community that allowed more of my family to visit. Only issue was the air downstairs, was a little warm. Other than that, everything was great. Won't mind booking again.

Poor WiFi and soiled carpet.

Difficulty in sending/receiving texts while inside the house. Had to go outside to get signal from mobile carrier. Carpet in first floor bedroom and stairway was very soiled with many spots.

Windsor at Westside is on life support needs help

Beautiful homes. Absolutely no security. House next door on Gobi had 25 to 30 college kids blaring music, not registered guests, screaming profanities security drives right by doing nothing. Literally 12 cars parked all down the street for one home. I asked why anyone can come in the gates and the worker told me they are switching out security. Yeah right. Such a nice community going to complete chaos! it’s perfect for drunken parties and hillbilly antics. Not family friendly. Perfect for ragers and housing 20/30 people per house. Our house’s tv remotes had dead batteries, no pool net, and no toaster oven. Beds were comfy and house was clean. Cool loft area, but again projector remote was dead or broken. Nice corner lot. Management company/owner PLEASE address these issues with W@Westside! This community deserves better!!!

Lovely stay

We booked this villa after our first booking with someone else was cancelled short notice. It was far too big for us but we loved all the space. We had a great stay and enjoyed all the facilities. A few negatives though. It wasn't as clean as it could have been. Quite alot of stains on the carpets. We were there 15 nights. We had to buy more toilet roll which I think should have been included given the price. It would have also been nice to have more washing up liquid, bleach or disinfectant spray to keep kitchen and bathrooms clean. You don't want to be buying cleaning products on holiday. That aside we have no other complaints apart from the house next door has huge family/friends booked in every weekend and they are loud. Fortunately not after hours but we couldn't hear the TV over them with all doors and windows shut! We would stay again though and would recommend to others

Spacious, Convenient, but needs a little TLC

Very spacious home and conveniently located near by Disney and restaurants. The home needs a some touch ups. The bedding needs to be updated. The comforters have lent balls from being older. The venetian blinds are broken and missing a few slates. The toliet runs in the suite upstairs, which is going to cause a crazy high water bill. Toliet seats need to be changed as well. Lots of space and it worked for the family.The pool was definitely a hit for the kids.
