The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the open‑concept living area as you settle into a quiet rhythm, the gentle hum of the private pool nearby inviting you to unwind. The warm Florida air drifts through the spacious rooms, offering a calm pause between days of theme‑park excitement. Evenings unfold at an easy pace, whether you gather in the roomy living space or step outside to enjoy the gentle breeze. This two‑story retreat provides ample room for families and groups to spread out, relax, and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

Six themed bedrooms are arranged across two levels, giving everyone space and privacy. Downstairs, a bedroom features a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and a full pull‑out couch that can sleep two additional guests. A second downstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed. Upstairs, two bedrooms each contain two Twin beds, a third bedroom includes a King bed, and a fourth offers a Queen bed. With 3.5 baths throughout the home, getting ready is simple for larger groups.



Outdoor living

The private pool serves as a natural gathering point, surrounded by outdoor furniture and loungers where you can soak up the warm air after a day at the parks. An outdoor entertainment area provides space to relax, unwind, or enjoy quiet moments between adventures.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare meals at your own pace. The spacious dining area brings everyone together comfortably, whether sharing a slow breakfast before heading out or gathering for dinner after a full day.



Conveniences

The home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and essentials such as bed linens and towels. Entertainment options feature a TV and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. A pack ’n play/travel crib, hangers, and ample clothing storage support comfortable stays for families. Parking is available on the premises, and a private entrance adds convenience.

Guests can enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and gym access, with indoor and outdoor spaces designed for both gathering and unwinding.

Located in the gated Reunion community in Kissimmee, the home sits near golf courses, peaceful streets, and a welcoming atmosphere. A variety of dining options, attractions, and outdoor activities lie just beyond the gates, with easy access to Orlando’s major theme parks and local points of interest.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
