Easy access to main thorough fares. Uber and Lyft transport from the airport with ease. High speed WiFi throughout the house, with Spectrum cable Tv on smart TV’s (3)/ Roku, and 1 fire TV too , (One TV in each room). Computer desk space, printer, monitor. In winter time heating the pool/spa is an option for extra heating fee ($65 for up to 3 days). Let us know if it is desired.
