Great Community, amazing private pool, near Disney!

This 5/3 vacation home is located at Citrus Ridge Community, a great looking single story home with an open floor plan that will make you feel like home.

The living room is spacious with comfortable seating a 55” TV with a view to the pool area.
Our Kitchen is fully equipped with a regular coffee pot, blender, pots, and pans, dishwasher, flatware, wine glasses, plenty of dishes, knives, etc. etc., etc...
We have two master bedrooms with a King bed, tv and private bathroom each. Third bedroom comes with a beautiful mermaid decoration and 2 twin beds. The forth bedroom comes with 2 twin beds and an exquisite justice league decoration, and last but not least our last bedroom that will take you to an aquarium adventure and comes with a bunkbed.

Located in the heart of Davenport with easy access to attractions, major roads, schools shopping and more.

Washer and dryer facilities are included.

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
