Our stay was extremely nice, our rental was very clean and well stocked. Our rental was super convenient and close to lots of shopping centers, restaurants, and fast food. Our rental was well equipped and easy access to the community pool, the lake onsite and tiki lounge onsite. It was very family friendly we came with our teenagers and they enjoyed every bit of they rental and property amenities. We felt pretty safe in our rental and it was very comfortable. The down side was not being able to get the living room tv to work during our entire stay even after reaching customer service. It would have been nice to sit downstairs in the living room and watch tv with the family instead of the rooms. The other issue was the air conditioning, it was hard to keep it cool at night for us but we never contacted customer service about the AC we just kinda dealt with it. Nonetheless we would absolutely stay Windsor at Westside again and we would absolutely book through Casiola. The entire staff that I spoke with either through phone or emails or returned calls was nothing short of awesome. They were always above and beyond and very prompt to anything we had questions or comments about. We would absolutely love to come and stay at the resort again in the fall if life permits.
