The most important parts of the rental to me are the bedding and beds, cleanliness and ease of use ( check in, check out procedures.) The beds and bedding were all excellent. The mattresses were firm the pillows were in good shape and didn't smell and the sheets were in great shape. The house was spotless when we arrived. Our arrival and check in was, in my opinion, unnecessarily done in person only. Actually, that is not entirely true. The house is managed by the Reunion Resort. They sent me a required pre-check form to fill out that included my credit card information. Despite that, I still had to go to a reception desk and check-in in person. I arrived on-site at about 12:30am and had to swipe my card, and listen to the agent read the paperwork she then handed me. It was only at that time did I get the address and code to enter the home. There was nothing done in person that could not have been done by website and email. The other negative was the hot tub required ordering that service for a fee. Beyond just nickel and diming me which I find annoying, what made it worse is the management company needed 24 hours to turn it on. That was half my stay and so we had no hot tub to use. At the rental price we paid, I think its a bad move to charge for being able to use the hot tub. I would suggest VRBO make it obvious you are renting from a corporation and not a person. This was a corporate group, more concerned about keeping every penny in their pockets.Wouldn't repeat
