Do not let the pictures of those house fool you! It looks beautiful, however, from the moment we walked in, it was one issue after the next. To begin, the door key code is so scratched, it took us 15 minutes just to get it unlocked. The pool gate was completely broken, leaving us unable to use the pool for the first two days. The recliners in the “game room/bar area” upstairs were both broken, the lights in the Star Wars room didn’t work (the main light didn’t turn on, and the LED lights didn’t turn off, until we unplugged them completely), the microwave didn’t work, one of the burners on the stove didn’t work, there were ants in the master bathroom, and the slide in the “Frozen” room is completely unsafe for kids of any age to use. The pool is also much smaller than it appears in photos, the splash pad isn’t heated so it’s impractical for kids, and there were two broken pool chairs, one of which our daughter fell through completely onto the concrete. Most of these would have been minor issues, if we could’ve gotten anyone to answer or return our phone calls, but that’s simply impossible. I called 5 times upon arrival, never received a call back. We continued calling the next two days, finally someone answered and promised maintenance would come out that day for us - they showed up 3 days later.
One positive is the neighborhood, it’s a nice area to walk and mostly quiet - except when they decide they need to power wash your house, and the houses all around you for an entire day, leaving the pool area unusable and creating so much noise that it’s impossible to sit inside either (or nap through, as it woke both of our young daughters).
There appear to be far nicer houses in this resort, I encourage anyone to rent one of them instead!
