Great house in a great location

Nice stay. House was very clean and had comfortable furniture. Appliances all worked well. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Spring break

We had a great stay. We did have a few problems with the air conditioning and the pool chlorine levels. We contacted the association and people were around to help out rather quickly. The home is very nice and accommodating for our family and pup!

Lovely home away from home!

This house was excatly what our family needed for a little R&R! So close to various activities! Nice location, nice neighborhood, and friendly attendant and clubhouse employees! Had a few questions upon settling in for the week to which the property management team were quick to assist! Definitely would stay again!

Jam packed week in Florida from Texas!

We loved our time in Florida and this property and the communication with the management were both awesome! It was such a blessing to be super close to the hotel where I was attending The Chosen Con! The house was super clean, beautiful, spacious, and met our needs in every single way. I cannot say enough about the experience, privacy, and the amenities. We loved the pool and spa after long days of conferences and theme park walking. Thank you so much for the hospitality and we would most definitely do this again in the future. Our family loved it so much and it was the perfect decision for our needs! Blessings- The Christian family :)

Just amazing!!! If I can give 10 stars I WOULD!!

Absolutely amazing very comfortable if you like luxury you will definitely love this house. Everything about the house is exactly how it is when you get there. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The pool room is a nice hang out to shoot pool and just chill. We visit Florida every year and I will be saving this house for future dates. We've been to many but this house I just love. Thanks for having us!

Orlando 2020

The resort grounds were very well kept. Our house had everything we needed and more. It was a quiet area for the most part and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and hottub. The resort is close to all amenities (restaurants, grocery, pharmacy etc). We would definitely return to this property.

Family Spring Break

House/Property, location, and pool/hot tub were all great. Heating the pool/hot tub is a must so you can enjoy the hot tub, nice and hot. If you plan to cook in the kitchen just know there are not a ton of good kitchen/cooking utensils. Plenty of pots and pans. Overall great though! Thank you!

Lovely stay!

The location of this house is perfect! The layout of the house is great. We were not able to use the pool for half of our stay because it was broken and needed to be cleaned. That was a big disappointment for my kids. Other than that, everything was great!

Nice house. Nice location. Bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were clean. Fans and lighting fixture could use some dusting, but overall clean house. Closed in garage was nice with pool table and room to to set up my portable gym to workout. Plenty of towels at this property. Check in process is easy if you register online. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Comfortable and well-priced

The neighborhood is fine and safe. There is a lot of traffic nearby but nothing outrageous. The house itself was comfortable. The air worked well, ceiling fans, etc. The pool area was great and having it screened in was a necessity. The house was clean but not deep cleaned. Could never get the heater in the jacuzzi to work which was a bummer. Overall a comfortable choice.

Gated community

Property was nice. The entrance to the property needs to be wider. This is a gated community and the traffic backs up to the road at times because there is one lane that doesn’t split in a timely manner. The guests checking in have to check In with security and guests who have already checked in have an access card for the gate but have to wait for the lane to split. This causes a MAJOR TRAFFIC JAM. Had a access card for gate but Waited at least 30 minutes to get back into the community

Needs a little attention

The location and size of this property fit our needs.It was very close to all of the major attractions in the area. The check in process was done ahead of time. I was told by 4pm we would be given the access codes to the house. I did not receive any information until I called at 430pm. The house itself does need a little attention. The carpet is stained and needs a deep vacuuming. The curtains fell off the windows if you tried to close them. There were blinds missing from both the door to the pool and in one of the main bedrooms, making it impossible to use since you lacked any privacy from the pool area. The lamp shades were broken on the lamps, so they hung crooked. There were bath mats in the bathroom that definitely needed to be thrown away, since they were covered in a sticky, hard substance. The pool was our main reason for choosing this house for our kids to use. We paid the additional fee to have the pool heated, and by the third day into our stay, the heat pump broke. There was a maintenance man called, but it needed a pool repair person. The repair man did not show up for two days, making the pool not enjoyable for our family, as it was cold and stagnant. When I would call management, the response for the manager was that there was a ticket, and would not be able to give me an update on when it would be fixed. I was not offered any refund for the days we paid for the pool to be heated. It was a big disappointment for our kids not to be able to use the pool.

Great property

We enjoyed staying at the property. It was as advertised and fit our needs perfectly. We were at the parks most of the day and then would come back and relax. A few things were provided that we didn’t anticipate like dish soap and a sponge. The driveway is on the small side but we made it work and the view in the back was peaceful with lots of sun throughout the day. Beds were comfortable and the living room couch was big enough for the 7 of us to relax together in the evening. The only thing I would have liked to see is the dining room table without all the dishes set out. We didn’t use it at all because of that. It was nice being in a gated community, you do need to pay for a card to bypass the security guard gate. It is worth the $20 you spend and can use it at future stays, but that was something we weren’t aware of until we got to the property and were told we had to register our vehicles with the clubhouse. Overall it was a great property and we would for sure stay here again.

Nice house warm pool and clean

Was very happy with the house , clean and as advertised. The thing I was surprised at was the management company lack of response to two email one being answered as I sat in their lobby. They were sent 4 days before we left- twice through HomeAway and once direct to them. I also sent an email after check in with minor items, in the house. No response yet. They were able to help us out with an extra night as we arrived a day early, the young man we were greeted by was polite. They other surprise was the strict rules of Emerald Isle- we had our motorcycle trailer with us and we were told at check in at the resort security gate we couldn’t keep it at the house. That was another 100 for a storage space for the week. The second was the car registration fee. 10 per car, even if you didn’t need a swipe card you had to pay the fee for the car, and the only was to get your fee back was to turn in the card. So the extra cars that we didn’t need a card for- no fee refund. I didn’t know this until check out. Now with that said if all this was know up front we would have modified a few things Again the house was lovely, pool and hot tub warm and relaxing
