You have to see this 5 bedroom 4 bathroom fully furnished pool home to appreciate all it has to offer.
This home features a South facing heated pool and spa with no rear neighbors in the gated community of Solana. The interior of the home offers a spacious floor plan including 2 master en suites, one upstairs and one downstairs.. The living room is impressive with 2 story ceilings making the space feel welcoming and bright and has an open floor plan to the kitchen and nook area. There is a formal dining room as well as eating space in the kitchen. Upstairs the home has one master ensuite and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. This is a perfect home to rent out as it has plenty of space to accommodate multiple families. There are not many homes in this community with a south facing pool and close to the clubhouse. 

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $30 per night (ask for details)
* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
 *Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 10 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).

Enjoyable Florida getaway

Enjoyable Florida getaway. This was our sixth time in Solana Resort. As always we had a wonderful wonderful time, felt very safe, and extremely comfortable. We will be looking to visit again soon.

Nice spacious home

Beautiful home in a nice gated community. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub very much, although in 2 weeks we were there I think the pool was only cleaned once. 4 comfy loungers on deck with a corner couch and TV was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and would go back again

Amazing stay

Wow, this property is truly awesome! We had a group of 8 adults and 2 kids for our stay and there was plenty of room. The outdoor amenities are the best I’ve seen in Florida. We spent almost all our time in the pool or lounging or in the outdoor sitting area. The patio furniture was super clean and so comfortable. The house was extremely clean and check in was a breeze. The kitchen and dining area were nice and the living room easily accommodated our large group. Oh, and there are TV’s everywhere, I think I counted 8 in total, which was nice at night and on our one rainy day. We had a minor issue on our last day, and the property manager literally responded within a minute on a Saturday morning. Truly great service!! The community of Solana was great. The mini putt was a huge plus for the kids, we were there everyday. Everyone in the community was friendly and the staff at the clubhouse were very nice to us and the kids. Also fairly close to everything, Wal-Mart and Publix a short 10 minute drive away. Thanks for such a great week!!! Hope we can come back!!

Great location

The property is in a great location. My only criticism of the place would be, It could do with being painted. ( I appreciate it's a rental property, but the walls have been touched up so many times, it's very patchy, and the painted kitchen units are chipped) The management company were quick at responding to the small issue I had with the hot tub. One thing which you may want to consider is updating the manual in the property, stating which bin go's out on which day (also what go's in each bin) An enjoyable stay, nice location, nice development.

Perfect for family

Perfect amount of space for our family of 7. House was very clean and spacious. Security guard entrance a plus. So glad I found this house and will be back. All amenities where first class. Close to Disney Parks and grocery stores. Thanks for a great stay!

Fun Golf Trip Stay

Me and 8 other guys stayed here for our golf trip and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Plenty of space, pool was nice, and was a great price. I highly recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a lot of people your traveling with.

Beautiful Home!

The home was lovely and just as pictured. All of the extra fees for hearing the pool, using the bbq, etc. are a bit much, but they are outlined before you book if you read carefully- just not used to all of that being extra. The house and neighborhood were very nice as was the pool and hot tub.

Family vacation

We loved the house, it was perfect location for everything we were doing. It was amazing having the pool and the outside sitting area with the tv so we could relax outside and watch something while other people were in the pool. There were a few little issues, the handle to the sliding door was broken so we used the lock handle to open(not a big deal it kept our daughter from opening the door herself), we did have to wash towels half way through the week because we used them all and had a hard time finding enough wash cloths. Also the light above the glass table was burnt out. Over all we loved the house and would definitely stay again!
