Executive newly remodeled home with Pool, Spa & Games Room!

Absolutely gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom located in the community of Westridge, just a short drive from Disney and near to a 24 hour Walmart. This beautiful home has just recently been completely renovated and was done very well.

Featuring two spacious living areas, one with leather sectional sofa, flat screen TV with Roku to stream live tv or watch your favorite apps such as Disney plus and Netflix, DVD player and PlayStation. The family room also has leather sofas and and there is a separate dining area with seating for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, pots and pans, dishware, silverware etc and features a kitchen nook with seating for 4.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" TV and ensuite bathroom which features stand-in shower, garden tub and double-sinks. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each and a TV. Total of 5 TV's in home.

The garage has even been converted into a games room with table-tennis, air hockey table, foosball table, games table, and dartboard. The private pool and spa area is fully screened to keep out the bugs and features a shaded lanai area for outside dining. Also included is a full-sized washer and dryer, towels & linens, iron & ironing board, hairdryer etc for your convenience. Book now - you won't be disappointed! Accommodates up to 8 people.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, The Holy Land, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, and Sea World are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

Good Area , house clean and appliances were good Master bedroom mattress and living room sofa needs replacing. Would rent house again if those pieces of furniture were replaced Overall our experience was very good

The villa was okay, unfortunately there were some minor faults that took the shine off it, the pool for example had some mould in places, the door and the lock on the door leading to the pool was in poor condition and difficult to lock, however my wife and me both enjoyed our stay in the villa and would consider a return in the future.

The períod of my vacation was excellent.The house fullfilled all the expectations my family and I had.Was very cold in Florida but the heater and the heated pool made a difference offering an enjoyable stay. Another plus is the kitchen and the pool area.Really an excellent house.

Villa had everything we needed. One small maintenance problem was taken care of straight away with no hassle. Only down side is furniture looking very tired.

The hot tub wasn't working properly, but I called and the maintenance man showed me a work around. The home is in need of a little TLC, but overall it suited our needs just fine.

Arrived at Villa 8pm, garage open, vehicle parked in garage.Cleaners in property unloading washing, no apologies from them,they left after a few minutes without telling us they were going. Majority of blinds didn't function, couldn't use 1 bedroom because blind wouldn't close. Swimming pool too cold to use some days (told we were not allowed to turn on heater without a fine). Bed bug bites suffered by 1 guest. Overall cleaning poor.Been to many villas and this one was poorest yet.

The house was very spacious. We just found it very annoying that every time we walked out the sliding doors the alarms would go off and were very loud. I get it that it's safety precaution but so loud. The sliding door in the main living room was very difficult to open. We could not open any windows as that was also safety precaution and the owner controlled the air.I found it strange that maintenance would come when we were not there to fix things without telling us. The water is warm and not hot because they said that was a safety precaution too...Could not wait to get home and take a hot shower. They need to buy some new pans/skillets. On a positive note the house was clean, nice king bed in the master bedroom with a big bathroom. I feel if you pay that much for week you shouldn't have to turn ceiling fans on to stay cool and should be able to take hot showers. I truly felt like they knew when we were there and when we weren't. I did ask Jennifer if they had cameras. Just a strange feeling we had. The pool was an issue too and thought we'd get some money back but didn't. Not worth the energy to try and get it back.Good luck!
