Non-refundable credit card fee of 3%. 48 hour grace period of Cancellation Policy if check-in is at least 1 week away.
If this is for quiet, calm, and small events for under 15 people, there will be an additional $100 added to the cleaning fee.

Great Graduation Getaway

John and Candy made this stay as wonderful and welcoming as possible. They answered every question we had quickly and conveniently. The property was very clean and well decorated. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay.
