Our Townhome is a beautifully furnished end unit, one of the largest units at the Regal Palms Resort and Spa. Our privately owned spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath family home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.
Our townhome located at Regal palms is a gated community perfect for a large family or group going to Orlando's many attractions and is within 20-25 minutes from the Disney theme parks. For the golfers there is a superb 18 hole par 72 championship course at Highland Reserve adjacent to Regal Palms. There are many things for the family to do at the Resort. We are located 3 minutes walking distance to the main gate and clubhouse, just far enough not to hear the noise from some of the nightly entertainment. When you stay at Regal Palms you have complete access to our swimming complex which includes a Zero Entry resort Pool for Younger Guests and is ideal for the smaller ones in the family, allowing them to splash and frolic safely. There is also a Lazy River and Water Slide. The Pool is heated all year round to a temperature above 78°F. This fantastic Resort Pool is one of the best around offering excitement and family fun just steps away from your vacation home.
The Outdoor Jacuzzi is a popular spot all year round as it is heated using Geothermal Energy to 104°F so you can comfortably get into your swimsuit and enjoy Florida vacation home even during the Winter Holidays. Pool towels are not provided. You can bring your own or rent them at the Tiki Hut for $10.00 cash or credit card. This will be refunded when you hand in the towel cards at the end of your stay.

There is also a Health Club which is located within the main Resort Complex, featuring a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment including life cycles, cross trainers, treadmills and strength training. A visit to our sauna, steam room and whirlpool will relax you after an invigorating workout.
If you wish to pamper yourself you can visit Ascencion Day Spa at Regal Palms Resort which offers a full menu of spa treatments, including massage therapies for the body, tropically infused facials, body scrubs, manicures and pedicures to pamper your every whim.
There is a restaurant on site that offers Casual resort-style dining. You may also enjoy tropical drinks on the resort's covered patio, inside for a more private setting or at the pool side Tiki Bar.
Our townhome has a fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, microwave, toaster, blender, standard coffee maker and a Keurig, air fryer, slow cooker, hand mixer, dishtowels, pot holders, spices and many other extras you would find in your own kitchen. You will find plenty of space with all the comforts of home. There is a large dining room table and a open concept living area with a loveseat, sofa and a 65” TV. The unit has two master bedrooms. One is located on the main floor with a queen size bed. The second has a king size bed and located on the second floor with a private balcony. Both masters have 43”some rooms has smart TVs as well as dvd players as well as private baths with soaking tubs. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs one with 2 single beds the other is a bunk room
With a bunk bed system consisting of a twin on top a double bottom and a trundle underneath. There are TV's in each bedroom. The additional bedrooms share one full bath. There is also half bath in the hallway on the main floor. Each full bathroom is equipped with 6 bath towels, hand towels, and a hair dryer. There is also a safe in the upstairs master as well as an iron and ironing board. Washcloths are not provided.
There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor with additional linens. For families with small children a pack & play pen, high chair and stroller is also available.
Each unit has its own driveway with parking for two vehicles.
This is a self catering unit and does not have daily maid service.
An additional fee of $140.00 is charged per booking for the cleaning once you have finished your vacation.
Regal Palms Resort and Spa charges a resort fee of
$21.00 plus tax per day the fee is due upon check-in. The fee is per house not per person. This fee enables you to enjoy the resort amenities.

There is a well stocked supermarket, shops and restaurants close by. 24 hour check-in is available.


Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Force Majeure
a. Owner cannot accept liability where the contract is affected by force majeure. Force majeure is any event that Owner could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, acts of terrorism, adverse weather, government actions, technical problems with transportation, or other events outside of Owner control.
