This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is situated in the sought-after Champions Gate Resort! This beautifully-manicured gated community features a clubhouse with an amazing pool area, lazy river, splash pad and Tiki Bar as well as a fitness center, theatre room and much more! It is within minutes from all of the major attraction, world-class golf courses, a multitude of restaurants and grocery stores - Disney World is just 20 minutes drive.

After a day of exploring, this villa is the perfect place to relax; we suggest afternoons spent bathing in the Florida sunshine whilst enjoying a dip in your private pool followed by alfresco dining on the patio!

It will be a pleasure to prepare meals in the luxurious and well-equipped kitchen which can then be enjoyed outside, at the breakfast bar or at the formal dining table.

The home features bedrooms to suit every member of the family! The two Twin bedrooms on the ground floor, with access to a shared family bathroom with dual vanity, are perfect for the kids! The spacious Master bedroom is situated on the second floor with a King-size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a sophisticated Queen-size bedroom, plus a Hogwarts themed Twin bedroom for the magic lovers!

The large living room is furnished with an extra large sectional sofa to allow everyone to sit and relax after a fun-filled day exploring everything the Sunshine State has to offer!
