With your own private two-lane bowling alley, you won't even want to leave home. Other games include pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, water truck, arcade games, etc. The living room features a large LED TV wall screen. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The house has 12 king beds and 2 kids' rooms with full-over-full bunks x 2 per kid room. There is a full-laundry room on each floor. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of full-sized washers and dryers. There is plenty of open space for group gatherings (living room), with a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs for the group to enjoy quality meals together. The Kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef.

Additionally, guests have FREE ACCESS to the 5,600 square foot clubhouse inside the Solterra resort community, featuring a fitness center, a resort-style pool with a water slide, a lazy river, pool side cabanas, food and beverage services, tennis courts, and so many more fun activities for the young and the young-at-heart! There is a Target supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Multiple restaurants, banks and other services approximately 3 miles from the home.

**POOL SPA HEATING***
There is a fee of $50 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
