Decent place, limited supplies
We booked this last minute due to covid rescheduling for our trip to Disney. Easy 15 min to all parks. Resort was ok. Pool closest to us wasn't heated and was freezing. Main pool area was extremely busy, hard to find chairs, kids jumping in and out of the hot tub so be prepared.
Place itself was decent. Clean for the most part, stains on the master bedspread. We were there for 10 days and a little disappointed that we only got 1 roll of toilet paper and one paper towel roll, and only 2 kitchen garbage bags total. They wouldn't give more paper products but did give garbage bags after asking. These are little things that go a long way. The person I was asking had to ask a property manager whenever I had questions so couldn't get quick easy answers.

Nightmare at Storey Lakes
I stayed at storey lakes condo on 12/21/21. The condo I was in the carpet in two bedrooms was very dirty. I sent pictures immediately to show how dirty it was. The microwave door was broken, the second bedroom sink was stopped up, the tile was dirty alone with the baseboards, the patio was so disgusting the pillows were folded down. after repeatedly calling texting and emailing I got know responses until two days later. Then the front door has a key code, however the door would not lock, I called and called finally after calling someone answered and told me someone would come over in 40 min, a maintenance man arrived, I told him about the door and showed him all the problems about the unit, he said he would report the problems but, know one ever returned to fix anything. This property is managed poorly along with the language barrier, I would not recommend this property.

Perfect location to Disney & Universal
Excellent communication with owner. Property as described. Less than 10 minutes to Disney Properties (straight down the road) and about 20 minutes to Universal. No tolls. Would rent again.

Great place
My daughters and husband spent a week here while they were in town playing volleyball at the Orange County convention center. Condo was clean and beautiful. Great location, close to many things. Juan always was very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you!

Great Stay
Lovely condo, close to everything. We Ubered to all our parks, and door dashed all our meals easily. Enjoyed the pool area. Condo was clean, easy to find with mapquest, and the owner responded to all my questions, even after check out.

Perfect for our family of 4
We had an amazing Spring Break staying at this property. The property has tons of amazing amenities like the waterslides, basketball courts, lazy river and mini golf! The only thing that we would have liked to see was more supplies in the unit. We stayed for one week and only had 1 roll of paper towel, no counter cleaner, and barely enough toilet paper to make it the week. I feel like we had the supplies for someone who was staying a night or 2 not 5. Other than that everything was perfect! Would highly recommend and will rent again sometime in the future! Thank you!!

Storey Lake Condos backing freeway
Overall very good. Expect to pay for tolls coming to and leaving from airport. The baseboards in the condo appear to not be cleaned between stays. Beds are comfortable. Overall good experience.

Nice property, communication with owner could have been better
The only complaint I have about my experience is that the owner was quick to reply to questions etc. before the actual booking, but once booked he would take days to respond. Otherwise, the property was nice. It appeared to have good safety measures in place. We had no concerns other than communication with the owner after submitting payment. I would stay here again if communication issues were addressed.

Clean & convenient
We were only here 2 nights but it was exactly what we needed. The pricing was great. The location is convenient. The parks were within 20 minutes. We used Lyft to & from. The airport was within a half hour. The condo is cute, but more importantly, clean. We would stay here again.

Perfect location and super clean!
This condo was in the perfect location for anything you would want to do in Orlando or the surrounding areas! We loved how clean and new everything was inside, and the community pool, water slides and lazy river were perfect time fillers! We will definitely be back!

Excellent!
If you are looking for a super clean, quiet place to escape at the end of the day, this is it. Perfectly setup. Close to Disney and all the restaurants and shops of Kissimmee. Did I mention this place is REALLY clean?
